Amazing service!!
A few days ago Krevin and Chris helped me to change carrier to Verizon and have new equipment for my family. Even though there were technical difficulties to release my lines from my previous carrier, they when above and beyond, even stating ~1.5hrs after the closing, to ensure that my lines and equipments were ready.

This incredible Verizon store was beyond anything I could imagine in knowledge of product. Their guidance and assistance cleared up any problems I have been having. They made my Verizon phone better than ever and enabled me to find shortcuts and organization tools I didn’t know existed! They are the BEST!

Christian was great. He took care of all my needs. Just be a little clearer on charges for example not clear there was a monthly fee for Ipad it is not free.
