This only pertains to photographs .... I would not recommend getting photos printed here - or this may pertain to all CVS stores. The photo paper they print on is of such low quality that photos don't even look nice, let alone rich. Very disappointed!!

Please note that if you're not white or Middle Eastern, you'll probably receive terrible service here. The manager, Habib, treated me like a criminal because their self-checkout machine spazzed and tried to make me pay for an item that was free thanks to a CVS coupon. I explained to him at self-checkout and he clearly thought I was stealing; took my items up to a register and rang them up - despite a damn receipt already having printed from self-checkout with a ZERO balance. Then, I told him I wanted separate transactions because I was purchasing something for my friend who was in the car and he told me I couldn't have two cards. Didn't let me explain, took the coupon receipt I had, write the customer service number on it and wouldn't let me make the purchase for her. Meanwhile, white people got smiles, greetings, etc. The same can be said of The pharmacy. Every time I have arrived at the pharmacy, I am asked to wait for more than 15 minutes. Case in point: I arrive for my Covid vaccine three weeks ago. I'm asked to wait by the person in the pharmacy for more than 20 minutes. By the time she finally came around, the person with the next appointment slot, which by the way was a member of one of the aforementioned groups, was there for their vaccine, and she came right out and proceeded to administer both of them together. She also didn't make me wait for the 15 minutes post vaccine.Today, when I came in for my second dose, I was again asked to wait and did so for 15 minutes before the pharmacist came over and administered my shot. There were three people there. He couldn't come over for 10 seconds? The store is ridiculous, but I guess I shouldn't expect much more from this area.

I was so disgusted to witness an older customer being disrespected by both the pharmacist & staff member at this CVS pharmacy. She was obviously confused & concerned about a prescription for her ailing husband. She's out in the middle of COVID & obviously upset about her husband's health. They spoke to her as though she was a piece of trash. The "white male" pharmacist knew he was out of line & unprofessional because when he saw me staring at him he tried to cover up for his inappropriate & cruel behavior. Why the hell do people go into or stay in these fields if they are so darn miserable? I REFUSE to ever have another prescription filled in that pharmacy. There is a Walgreens that is close by so no issue for me. The store is clean & organized. The staff is always friendly & helpful. The pharmacist & staff are always respectful & courteous & professional. I would drive wherever I needed just to never enter that CVS store again. Overall the entire CVS store is a mess & severely mismanaged. I don't understand how a group of people can be so incompetent at their jobs. They should all be ashamed of themselves ....

I have never been here and not had them screw up something in the Pharmacy. Sometimes it's a generic I'm allergic to that I've put in my profile more times that I can count. Sometimes they forget to run it through insurance. Complete crap show here. Avoid at all costs.

I was in need of a passport photo. Was not helped for 20 min as they were understaffed. The employee was rude, took a picture, and I left the store with my passport photos. Once I completed my passport application, they told me the photos were no good as my shoulders were whited out and the image quality was poor. This is supposed to be a guaranteed service that wasted two hours of my time for a simple photo.

Had a bad experience with the pharmacy manager, who was just not helpful. Will not be filling prescriptions here. No problems at Walgreens (formerly Rite Aid) right down the street.

What happened after the switch from RiteAid? I have never encountered anything like this after a transition. Always waiting, lines of no less than 3 people and one person working as the pharmacist pretends not to see anyone. Yikes. Guessing it's time to go mail order or somewhere else. Beware this place.

Anson Osman the pharmacists manager is a racist and extremely rude. I have seen him give dirty looks to minorities, regular customers, and even my family. He refused to fill my prescription because of his "personal judgement" which is illegal in the state of NJ. He is currently being investigated by the board of pharmacy because of this. This photo below is a proof of his wrong doing.

P.S. Just called the Rite Aid (Walgreens) down the block. Voicemail got me right through to the pharmacy. Great guy picked up and helped take all my information so that all my Rx's are being transferred over from CVS. And they're open longer hours than CVS also! ++++++ This branch has serious problems. I just moved to the neighborhood and wanted to transfer my Rx's to the B'ville store. When I called in to transfer an Rx over I got to speak with a very lethargic woman who wasn't very helpful at all. Today, I received a notice from my (prior) CVS branch that another Rx was ready to pick up. So when I called the B'ville CVS their voicemail walked me through "speak to a pharmacist"....and then nothing. I tried several times! Dead air! Then I called back and tried to speak to the front register....same thing.....nothing. Now, after trying again, I'm on hold..... Clearly, they are having problems. Yet its hard to believe that no one has done something to fix the system....OR get the staff to pick up the phone. Although I used CVS in Montclair for decades, this Bernardsville branch is about to lose a new customer! Walgreens is right down the block!

This place is a hot mess. Nothing in stock, dirty shelves, poor service. I suggest you find someone that knows how to run a store and hire an engaging staff.

When this CVS first opened they had their "A" team come in to introduce the chain to the area. They were friendly and accommodating. Since then, the pharmacy has turned over and present staff (pharmacy) is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I would not recommend under any circumstances. A new Walgreens, one block away, will give you a clean store and superior pharmacy service.
