I just needed my Miele serviced. I walked in and saw the wall of boxed filters so I mentioned if she could write on the receipt that I supplied a new filter. I have 2 boxes at home so I included one. She said, "no worries, we will remember" Sadly, not only was pick up delayed because they closed early on a weekday, I was charged for the filter, and my two accessory attachments that are housed in the top lid of the Miele vacuum were missing. They stole used attachments to sell to someone else? I did not discover this until the next day, but I was not going back to talk to a bully again. I seriously don't know how you are still in business.

Great shop to get a commercial grade vacuum. We got the help we needed and could not be happier with the service and vacuum

Maria does a nice job- been going here for years. Had issue with a vacuum that was serviced, another issue came up and the problem was solved professionally.

Maria is terrific and has terrific people working for her. Repaired a vacuum and there was an extra issue recently and it was taken care of quickly and no extra expense. Have used her for years.

This "allergy unlimited" store actually put fragrance crystals into my Miele Vacuum without asking me, when I brought my vacuum to them for routine maintenance and repari. I'm highly allergic to fragrance, so I was shocked by this move, and the owner claimed "they do it all the time" and "noone else has problems with it". Since I started up the vacuum and ran it for a few minutes until I was aware of the scent, the fragrance permeated my vacuum and I am now unable to use it, even after running it for hours outdoors with a fresh bag. The owner refused to refund me the cost of the repair, even though my vacuum is now useless to me and I had to purchase a new one - of course I went to another store for this. Beware of Economy vacuum, they have an attitude and do not seem to understand that allergies are usually equated with fragrance. BTW, their fragrance is disgusting, if you're a fragrance person at least use a nice one.

I cannot offer enough praise for this business. Maria is a wonderful businesswoman who is very knowledgeable of the products. As long as I have to clean, it might as well be as easy as possible. Maria just made that possible by sending me home with a Sabo vacuum. It is a dream and no longer drudgery to clean the multi-floored house. THANK YOU MARIA.

Maria, the owner, is knowledgable and friendly. I was planning on purchasing an air filtration system online, but decided to stop in as I pass the store on my way to work. I'm so glad that I did! Maria informed me that I would have spent twice as much on a machine that wouldn't remedy my symptoms. I purchased the IQ Air from Allergy's Unlimited and have been back several times since to shop Maria's well-curated selection of allergy related products.

Wonderful family operated business! The store carries a wide variety of green cleaning products and Blue Air Machines- essential to my asthmatic son's health and comfort. Maria is extremely knowledgable and very helpful. My 15 year old Electrolux vaccum still works like a charm thanks to expert maintenance and repairs by Economy. I've been a customer for 14 years and never been disapointed. In fact, although I moved to Hackettstown 5 years ago, I continue to make the 40 minute trip to Bernardsville for the fantastic sales and service!
