“This review is long overdue. I've been a customer for more than 15 years, and I can't say enough good things about Tim and John.

It all started with a TV and surround sound installation in my previous home. Since then, they've handled all of my home entertainment needs, and every experience has been outstanding. Most recently, when I moved into a new home, there was never any question about who I would trust to design and install my new system.

Their workmanship is second to none. Every installation is clean, professional, and meticulously done. They take tremendous pride in their work, and it shows. Even after the installation is complete, they stand behind everything they do. “When I walked into the T-Mobile store, I was beyond frustrated because I couldn’t understand why I still had a balance. I came in heated, but Tom, the store manager, stayed calm and patiently helped me sort everything out. At first, there was some confusion on my part, but he handled it like a pro and found a way to get me a new phone. Shoutout to Puma as well—she’s the bomb.com! Keeping cool with a hothead like me is no easy task, but they nailed it. If you want top-notch service, go to the T-Mobile in Middlesex. They know their stuff and genuinely care!

“We were in need of new washing machine, and dryer. We were recommended to visit Adam's T.V ads Appliance. What a great experience. They asked for the household needs, and if I had anything in mind. As we came to an agreement, they said that particular product had a rebate. They explained what to do, and the machine that was not in stock was ordered. We saved a little by picking them up at their location, and the owner assisted on loading once both units were there. Oh, and their little dog, If we dont visit for the appliances, we will stop to see their puppy.”

I told him to keep his demeaner and he will go far. He was working at the Middlesex office for the day but I had to let Morristown know they have an employee who is a diamond in the ruff. What an asset you have.”

“I went to the 7-11 in the morning and bought a cup of coffee. The staff was very pleasant as they asked me how my day was going. On my way out, I accidentally left my phone at the store. I did not realize until about half way through my day that my phone was missing. I searched everywhere for it. Finally, I decided to ask the manager at the 7-11 if he had seen it. He had placed the phone in a safe spot and was awaiting my arrival. He gave me the phone and even offered my child a free candy! What an experience!”

“As a convenience store I rate it 5. Fresh good tasting coffee - imho better than the Q or W stores. Fresh, clean taste - no muddled or acrid bean flavors . Choice of milk , creamers or flavored creamers. Other hot beverages like chocolate. Download the app for freebies and get points towards free food. Rewards program - 32 ounce soda Big Gulp for 49 cents savings $1 over regular price. Discounts on snack all the time. Some hot snack food , but I haven't tried them. For coffee and snacks 7 - 11 gives you the best value over Q and W. Sadly 7 - 11 does not offer onsite made to order sub sandwiches. There are some prepared food including sandwiches and cheese snacks but I come here for beverages and snacks. The fountain soda is of good strength, much better quality than both Q&W.”

“Went for the new covid booster shoot. Easy to make an appointment online. Answer 11 questions and get the free shot. They offer it. I'm getting it. I've had covid twice. First time without being vaccinated. Bad, horrible experience 3 weeks sick. 2nd time with vaccinations, and it was like feeling like I'm coming down with something. Easy quarantine and back to myself. I'll get whatever they come out with for covid.”

“N. Rachel (I think that's her name?) Was sooooo helpful! This was on Sunday, 9/15 in the evening. My mom had a scare bc her phone wasn't turning on at all and it wasnt a dead battery- it just was blinking with a light and she hadn't backed anything up and was worried she couldn't retrieve anything. This sales person really helped my mom out so well with getting the phone up and running again despite the phone being so old and my mom was so grateful. Just wanted to give her a shout out here! We'll be back again at this location for sure!”

“On my way home today my phone died and I had no directions to get home. I stopped into this 7/11 hoping to buy a charger but I didn’t have enough money lol… one of the kind cashiers, not sure of his name but he had long hair in a ponytail and glasses, gave me some of his own chargers so I could get home safely. That was a super kind deed and to whoever that man was thank you so so much!”
