Tried Nailtopia because my regular place was closed. Pedicure service was average, gel manicure chipped after 4 days and gel usually lasts 3 weeks before chipping on me. Not worth $70 for a pedicure and gel mani for it to chip so quickly.Services: Manicure

Super meticulous pedicure from Maria, which also included a relaxing foot/calf massage. I chose a good old fashioned pedicure and still felt like I got premium treatment.

Maria gives the best pedicures and Christina does a great acrylic fill.

I felt very rushed and the woman who did my nails half listened to what I wanted. I asked for red chrome and choose a design that they offered on the color pallets. The shape is crooked on all my nails and the chrome looks more matte, and she forgot what design I wanted and picked a random white one. I paid $135 for this. Not worth it.

I highly recommend! Thankfully I am always able to get my gel fill in at a moments notice, no matter how busy or late in the day it is! I'm a loyal client and I have suggested Nailtopia to many people. They work around my crazy schedule (which is much appreciated). The atmosphere and staff is wonderful, kind and helpful.

Superb service.1) The polish goes all the way to the cuticle. No walking out looking like you have a weeks forth of grow out.2) They make good use of your time. While they did my pedicure they had my nails soaking to remove my old gel polish.3) My nails look great. I choose a simple french on my nails and a color version on my toes. They did a nice job matching the width of the stripes on my fingers and toes.4) A lovely setting, clean, bright well lit.Services: Manicures

the staff here is so friendly and professional! upon entering, i was welcomed by christin and she was so sweet to my cousins and i. the salon is very clean and the staff ensures that all their guests feel comfortable by taking proper covid precautions (i.e contact tracing, sanitizing often, and putting up plastic guards between clients and technicians). i came in for a fill and christin did a wonderful job! she paid very close attention to detail, took her time, and always made sure that i liked my nails. i highly recommend coming to this salon if you're in the area! :)

I want to preface this and say this review is in regards to the SNS dip service I received. This salon is extremely popular for gel and has been a staple in my town for as long as I've been alive. To start -- I appreciate that the business is claimed. I live out of state, visiting my family for the holidays and unfortunately couldn't go to my go-to salon where I religiously get SNS dip every 3 weeks. I was looking for a place that was claimed and offered SNS dip on Yelp. I did not have many options I guess North Central Jersey isn't about SNS dip or claiming their businesses on Yelp. I know Nailtopia is super popular (I grew up in this town) and so when I saw they hit both of my criteria so I made an appointment on their website. They were able to schedule me next day and pretty much any hour I wanted. I appreciated this all. When I walked in I was the only person in there -- once I sat down the salon became super busy, so busy to the point that there were not enough technicians for customers. We were all able to social distance but this is when things got frantic. I looked up to see that there were few options of dip so I already started to second guess my choice of getting dip instead of the salons popular gel option. I decided to ignore my gut feelings and immediately regretted that decision. The women (not sure if owner or manager but was clearly in charge) sat down and I could clearly tell she was flustered. I explained I wanted to have my extremely long nails cut short and I wanted to "start over". I explained that under my already SNS dipped nails that I had my natural nails under the hard cover. She said "ok" and took nail clipper straight to my nails. I WAS HORRIFIED. She didn't even soak off the existing hard dip before cutting just went right to cutting them short. I saw my beautiful nails snap and splinter and I was immediately filled with anxiety. She could tell I was completely tense, I was so tense that she kept having to shake my hands to prompt me to loosen up. It was the most unrelaxing nail salon experience I've ever had. I'm not sure if she was irritated at the fact I was asking for a "special" service or that the place was getting really busy but the entire time she did my nails it felt like I was annoying her. During my service my technician ran back and forth between me and another customer which really did not help my stress or make me feel less like a pain. To make a long story short, the process she did had me thinking in my head "how am I going to nicely tell her I am not going to pay for this?". By the end, she truly redeemed her work but it wasn't until I was out of the door I felt better about what I just experienced. (This sounds dramatic and I felt dramatic while this all was happening but I have never felt this way about a salon). I went to pay and she rang me up for $55. Not an unreasonable price at all but they marketed online that SNS dip was $45. I was frustrated that after everything that happened I was charged more than I went in expecting. Overall, for SNS dip manicure would NOT recommend Nailtopia at all. The entire in-person experience was unpleasant and disappointing. On top of it all, my nails have started to break, crack and splinter within one week. :-( Like I said, I have strictly gotten SNS dip on my nails for the past 2 years so I am no armature to this process. Normally, I don't have these kinds of problems for AT LEAST 3 weeks.

My experience was good everyone was nice quick and easy. But once I got home and actually took a long look at my nails that I paid 80 dollars for!!!! I realized they are not at all what I asked for. Each nail is a different shape or size and even length. I almost want to go back and get my money back!! and get them fixed. And they are acrylics I don’t think Ive ever seen such botched nails.

I walked into Nailtopia yesterday looking to get my 3 week old acrylics removed (I had my acrylics done and refilled at a different salon but walked into Nailtopia because it was the closest nail salon to me). The lady who worked with me to remove the acrylics was a woman named Helen, and she was extremely rushed with the job. She overdrilled into the majority of my nails until the point I felt searing, burning pain in my fingernail and I instinctively pulled my hand away. This happened multiple times. As she (over)filed, she also broke the edge of one of my nails. Then, she looked at me and said, “all done!” even though I previously asked her to cut my nails a little shorter after the removal process. I reminded her of my earlier request and she proceeded to clumsily clip each nail once, straight across, and very short. I was shocked by the treatment and the pain. After clipping my nails horribly, she threw my hands down and replied “all done!”. No filing done to fix the clipping. My nail edges were jagged, extremely short and square-shaped, which is not what I asked for. I walked to the register, shaking and on the verge of tears, to go pay for this horrible treatment. I’m not the kind of person to demand better treatment or to protest, so I paid, and then the woman who I believe was the owner noticed how upset I was. She looked at all my nails and the broken nail, grabbed a file to round out the jaggedness and the nail shape, buffed my nails, and of course apologized. I didn’t catch her name, but she was very sweet and did her best to better the situation even though the damage was already done. She’s the only reason I’m giving this place three stars instead of one. Please do not come here if you’re looking to get your nails removed, or if you do, please request that someone else do it. I can still feel sensitivity and pain in my nails as I type this review, and I will have to wait several months before trying acrylics again.
