I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up at front desk. They just don’t care. The guy saw me standing at front desk and ignored, until I said hello, then he came out from back office “May I help you “

Pros: The woman employee staffed at this location was very good at drawing blood. I am a hard draw typically - she was quick and it did not hurt. When making an appointment, I arrived on time and didn't have any wait time. **I would advise not walking in this location and make appointment only.**Cons: Understaffed. The same woman employee, who was fine the last time I saw her, was very rude to me and caused me extreme stress during my appointment. I showed up on time to my appointment, but had two orders of semi-complex blood testing. It was a lot, but she made me feel terrible about it. She kept saying how "ridiculous" my testing was and make it clear she was extremely inconvenienced by my blood work. She kept being passive aggressive, sighing deeply, and shaking her head in frustration by having to enter my blood work. I know big orders are frustrating, but to make me as the patient feel uncomfortable and upset, when I am already nervous about my testing, should be unacceptable as a phlebologist. She was rude to me a few more times, until the worst part - after she drew my blood and I was deep breathing (the Morristown quest location with kind employees told me this helps the flow) she said rudely, "you better not pass out or I will have to take more time to find another vein." Talk about bedside manner! I left almost in tears. The employee was obviously stressed by all the walk-ins that day, as well as it being 45 min before her lunch break. She was talented at drawing the blood itself, but being kind and a human being to others is an important part of the job too and because of this experience I will be choosing another location or switching to Labcorp.

Very rude and disrespectful employee! I needed a lab work on a Friday afternoon on the 7.7.2023. The lab closes at 3pm, I arrived at 2:15pm at the Bernardsville location at Anderson Hill Rd. 2 people were sitting and waiting I was a walk in and started at their machine to sign in when the phlebotomist saw me and basically told me in other words to f.... off. She yelled at me that she won't take me anymore since I'm a walk in. I politely asked her if the 3pm closing time wasn't correct, she disrespectfully answered that doesn't matter she leaves at 3pm and has no time to put the order in the computer. In my opinion a person like that should not be employed in a medical facility whatsoever. First she should learn how to communicate respectfully with customers and maybe she should commit to their own opening hours! I for sure will never go there again and I will discourage anyone else to visit this location.

Making an appointment does not matter with this location. Slow as can be and they really could care less. Very rude staff.

This Quest diagnostics location is on the ground floor of the building with the Bernardsville library. It's a little difficult to find the first time, just park in the library lot and walk down the ramp or steps. I made an appointment, they called me right on time, and it was almost painless. Be sure to make an appointment!

Bridgette is amazing and I happily come here for bloodwork. She is so quick, gentle and efficient. I’ve been avoiding bloodwork for almost a decade, but since I met her, I’ve come in 3 times within the year. She’s super organized too, and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

The phlebotomist was professional, good and quick at her job; we were in and out within 10 minutes, we went there two days in a row, and she drew several viles of blood with ease. She was the only staff member, but it was easy to check in at the kiosk with the QR code. The phlebotomist called the customers in order from the exam room as she has access to the queue in her computer; there was no need for her to come out to the front desk. If you are kind and acknowledge her good work, you may draw a smile from her :)

Location isn’t obvious. Have to park behind the library and if you’re facing the building, there are stairs and a ramp to the left along the tree line. Go down stairs and there is a door to enter the lower level. Bridgette was wonderful and I was in and out in 10 minutes

Can’t find the place it’s located in the basement of the library. Staff was rude. Had an appointment and waited 2 hours.

The woman attempting to draw my blood was unsuccessful, so she began smacking my arm repeatedly in order to find a vein. Then she started repeatedly smacking my hand. She did this back and forth between the two several times. Then she dug around in my arm with the needle with no success so went back to smacking my arm and hand. Since I was an 11:45 appointment, she made it apparent that this was running into her lunch break which starts at 12. While she was in the room attempting to draw my blood, she was also yelling into the waiting room to other clients. “Do you have an appointment?! No! You don’t have an appointment! There are no 12pm appointments.” Finally, when I realized she was just going to keep smacking my arm and hand / digging around in my arm, I told her I had to leave. She said “why, it’s not going to be any better next time you come.” So I told her that I’d had success having my blood drawn on other occasions. She asked where they had been successful, so I told her the locations and she said “well you better leave and go there then” with a super nasty attitude. I can’t imagine someone being more rude / unprofessional / aggressive based on what she said and the repeated smacking of my arms and hands trying to find a vein. I’ve had my blood drawn plenty of times and I’ve never had someone smack my arms / hands or be aggressively rude to me. And they always get my vein the 1st or 2nd time. Needless to say, I will never go back to quest.

I have been coming to this location since it opened and it is notoriously under staffed! I have gone through many a phlebotomist here, and the current one, Bridgette, hits my veins first try which is a mighty feat. However, be prepared to wait and wait even when making an appointment. It's always just been one overworked phlebotomist running this location.

Bridgette is an outstanding phlebotomist! I drive all the way from Wayne, NJ. to Bernardsville. She is the only one I will go to to have blood drawn.I have small veins but that is not a stumbling block for Bridgette. One stick, no digging, and the task is excellently completed with care. She is the best !!Mary Ann I Smith
