“Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went into this location not really sure what size unit I even needed and Angel was incredible! He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and honestly pretty lucky to have run into a team like that. If I get to see them every time I stop by my storage unit, that’s a win in my book.”
“I finally had the pleasure of meeting Ms Tammy after having had numerous calls from her regarding my paperwork.
At each discussion,
I made promises to arrive at the facility on certain dates /times to no avail.
She remained professional, patient and kind at every attempt.
When I finally saw her, i smiled because she held that same energy I felt over the phone. I said your Tammy right. She smiled and was so attentative, understanding and had a willingness to assist me with my concerns.

I was so elated when meeting Jared , he assisted me after the heavy rain fall. I was unable to move my belongings from the storage on my own.
He was persistent and committed. He also understood my circumstances and very supportive when necessary.

“I was prepared for the usual complications, aggravations & agonies when moving occurs , I’m astonished to say , it was the total opposite .
This organization ( the entire crew ) eases the situation from the start . It felt like a dream .. I didn’t need to take an advil or a shot of whisky afterwards. I actually grinned and celebrated as well as thank God for roadway .

“Fees seem reasonable. Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I am still confused why I was told the insurance charge was mandatory when the contract clearly says it’s optional but I’m trying not to let that impact an otherwise great experience”
