Poor customer service. I was already typing my Walgreens phone number to get a discount but this customer cancelled it making me having to spend the full price. This is ridiculous 😠😡

I want to give a huge thank you to Laurie in the photo department at the Bernardsville Walgreens. She went above and beyond to help me with a photo order that was really important to me. She was patient and genuinely kind, and took the time to make sure everything came out exactly right.
Customer service like this is rare, and it made such a difference in my experience. Walgreens is lucky to have someone so dedicated and helpful. I truly appreciate all of their assistance and will definitely return because of them!

I like this location. I’ll drive out of my way to come here over closer options. Lori was very helpful and the store is well stocked and organized. I print photos here too.

The staff in the pharmacy is THE BEST .. I love Christine, she is very helpful and friendly, and the rest of the employees are the same ... They are very accommodating and go the extra mile to make sure we're happy ..

I understand that the pharmacy have a challenging demographic to deal with.. but it doesn’t excuse treating people poorly. They are rude, impatient, and in some cases incompetent. I can deal with a couple of those at a time but all three is a bad look.
Have had nothing but pleasant interactions with photo and cashier staff.

Rude pharmacy clerk. Prescription had to be filled by pharmacist again taking additional time. Original Rx had been restocked despite having been ordered the day before.

This is my neighborhood pharmacy. I feel empathy since they have a number of self important customers in fancy SUVs who can be rude at times. It's a high volume pharmacy.
In all, very good service. I know the Rx staff by name because I don't use the drive thru to conduct my business. Kindness is met with courtesy by the staff.

Not in the habit of writing business reviews but felt compelled here. Came in with 2 year old because she needed a bottle and some water on the way home from something. I had stupidly forgotten my wallet at home and was trying to figure out how to pay by app. Woman at the desk couldn't have been less helpful and more rude despite seeing I was in a bit of a jam.

Where do I begin? Here is how I imagine they hire their pharmacy staff. They give them a quiz with only one question "Do you have common sense? Yes or No" and they only hire those that said "No". They messed up two very basic and super common prescriptions twice in two months. Please avoid, there is a CVS in close proximity (they're no prize either, but they are marginally better).

Many convenience items like snacks, socks, dog food, etc., and most importantly a bathroom that is open late.

Horrible. People are unfriendly and act like they are doing a favor when you buy something. Either manager needs to be fired or needs to fire the staff.
