We booked two rooms here for three night stays. Currently on day two with no hot water and the employees just play dumb as if nobody has reported the problem, yet talking to other guests in the breakfast area this morning (after they ran out of food and coffee at 9:00 a.m.), turns out everyone has experienced and reported the same problem with no resolution. We realized upon arrival that we had actually stayed here several years ago and it was a dump then as well. How Hilton can allow this place to maintain its franchise is beyond me. If you were expecting Hilton quality, don't stay here. If you're happy with a motel 6, this is more up your alley, just without the hot water or other amenities.

Room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. In the morning we went down and had breakfast. They have a nice selection to choose from both hot and cold items. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This is the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed in. I booked the reservation using my Hilton Honors points. When my credit card was charged I asked the front desk about it, she said there was nothing she could do and I would have to call Hilton Honors. No offer of a phone number or contact information. Secondly, when I went to purchase a few items from the gift shop, I was told I would be CHARGED $15 a day for amenities in stead of the $15 CREDIT I receive at all other Hilton properties as a Diamond Member. The front desk staff needs customer service training and the management needs to be replaced. They do not live up to the standards of the dozens of other Hilton properties we’ve stayed in.Walkability: It is not within walking distances of anything other than the Texaco gas station.

Front desk was awful. My room was reserved and paid by a local car dealership, I arrived at the hotel, front desk guy asked for payment, I told him it was already taken care of, he stated he sees a CC on file but said he can not charge that one. I gave him my amex, he charged the room, immediately went on to tell me he was the one spoke to the dealership and told me he refunded my money.Room was terrible, there was a bath tub in the middle of the room, you can hear everything in the adjoining room. Couch in the room looked like was fished out of the dumpster.

Heating system sounds like it is crushing rocks. Skipped free breakfast because it looked awful. Pillows are the thickness of kitchen towels. Internet broken. So sad this place has so badly

The owner/front desk was very kind and actually let us check in a couple of hours early. Very grateful for the level of service provided.

This place is in serious need of new management. Lack of customer service by front desk staff and poor practices by management is not becoming of the Hilton Hotel brand. First, I made the reservation using my points as a Diamond Member. When I received notification my credit card was billed I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk. She said rather curtly, there's nothing she could do, I need to call Hilton Honors. No offer to provide the number or contact information. Secondly, when purchasing a few items from the gift shop, I was informed I would be CHARGED $15 per day for amenities instead of receiving the $15 per day CREDIT we received at every other Hilton property as Diamond Members. This Management Team makes up their own policies and does not follow the curtesies extended to loyal Hilton Honors members that we've received at dozens of other Hilton properties. The front desk staff need customer service training and the management needs to be replaced.

This is an excellent hotel for the area. The rooms are a great size. Yet there is little to no installation between the rooms. So it can be loud. I still appreciate their are there. I appreciate the staff they are always kind and helpful.

A standard Hampton with okay room. Bathroom was clean but the room itself was a bit outdated. Breakfast was standard and good. My room’s AC was broken and cycled on every 10 minutes even I turned it off.

Rooms are very clean as is the entire hotel. Breakfast was adequate. I stayed here before when working in the area and will return as needed.

We had to get our room key cards reprogrammed (3) times, but that was just a small inconvenience. Everything else was good.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton inn, the room was very clean and the front desk attendant was so helpful. Also, the breakfast was really good and the food was fresh.

The staff was friendly. The grounds, hotel and room were all clean and well groomed.Nothing negative to say.....all good.
