I recently had a terrible experience at this store. There was an older woman working there, and I felt she had a racist attitude towards me. She always looked at me with unfriendly eyes and seemed uncomfortable when I was near. While I was choosing products, she walked around me with an unhappy attitude, as if she didn't want to serve me. She glanced at me with displeasure, making me feel unwelcome.
The service at the store was really bad. I hope the store management will look into this case and handle it seriously. I'm considering whether I should come back to this store to shop. Hopefully, the management will take this issue into consideration and improve their customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated fairly and with respect.
I don't often write reviews like this. But but it ruined the gift to buy gifts for my father. I was so annoyed so I posted this post

I have been looking for jeans for over a year. I have to admit I am a bit picky. The staff here was so helpful and friendly. I finally found some I like and bought two :)

I felt racially profiled!!! I came to visit from friends and they took me to gloucester outlet where I came inside the Levi store to do a little shopping. The lady was definitely following us, the store was so small it was super noticeable,she kept asking if we needed help after we just told her no!! when I checked out the man cashier was not very friendly he asked me for my email and I asked him did any coupons pop up when he entered it…. He completely ignored me NEVER AGAIN!!!

Not a bad way to spend an hour or so. Mostly clothes stores in an outdoor mall setting. They no longer have a food court so dining options are limited. Clear maps and signs to let you know where you are.

I really like Levis Showroom. No Nonsense just jeans! Of course some nice shirts and t-shirts too.One complaint to the Levis CEO!Please make 100 % cotton jeans on all models! Not just 501. Cotton is the king of comfort and so don’t like plastic in my Jeans.
