Honestly I have nothing but great things to say about Moppert. My 2011 BMW was hit on 5/31/2024 where the other driver was deemed at clear fault, so their insurance chose moppert as their preferred collision repair center.
After getting it towed there, within the hour I was contacted by moppert to authorize work on the car for disassembly and repair estimation. They contacted me stating the amount that’s estimated so far in just replacement parts, body damage repair, paint and labor for the external items and said that’s not even including the suspension damage and work that’s left as an open ticket since it could not be estimated until repairs were actually being authorized by the insurance company and being made.
Within a couple days the estimate was completely finished and submitted to the insurance, who ended up totaling out the vehicle.
At this point I needed to go clear the car and authorize the release of the car to the company taking ownership of the car. I showed up Saturday morning 6/8/2024, to find one gentleman on site that let me know everyone was gone for the day as they had no appointments setup during the week for Saturday.
Unfortunately they are closed Sundays, and work normal hours Monday - Friday until 5pm. I explained that I don’t get out of work until 5pm and have to get my 4 year old son from daycare immediately after so am typically not able to do anything until 6pm.
Not only was he empathetic and understanding, he went out of his way to go inside, pull the car up and in order to maintain company policy of not letting unauthorized people to go on the shop floor or in back.
He single handedly cleared the car for me and brought everything out front with the sole purpose of helping me out, an individual that wasn’t a true customer getting work done since insurance totaled the car, to his knowledge just another person.
Having been in the service for years meeting people all over the world from many different walks of life, I can with complete respect and gratitude say he is one of the few genuinely kind and caring people left in this world that I’ve met.
Honestly that customer service experience and additionally seeing the extent and thoroughness they went through to give an honest and accurate assessment, as well as some of the cars that had work done which looked immaculate, gave me confidence in their estimate and clearly the pride they take in doing good work.
If I ever need any work done or god forbid am ever involved in an accident, I won’t hesitate in saying Moppert Auto Collision is my personal preferred repair center. Your work and kindness is very much appreciated.

Great customer service they were very nice answer all my questions got my car back in about 2 and half weeks one thing I would say about the Enterprise Rental honestly is don't get the prepaid fuel when you return the car because they charge a lot when you give it back even if you use half they'll charge you like a full price also before signing the tablet on the Enterprise end please look at the total in the screen because my rental car which Geico was supposed to pay for was $50 a day and on the screen of the Enterprise representative tablet it showed $46 and some change so I still end up paying about $3 per day for the rental so when you do the rental from them please ask the question that the screen price is less than $50 or whatever your insurance company pays for your rental why are you paying extra but overall with Collision Center it was a good experience

All Chinese parts. Tailgate doesn't line up with body. Didn't realize until after I left, and The handle feels cheap and is Chinese aftermarket as well. Bumper is probably aftermarket also, but looks fine. For $5000 for a bumper and tailgate, you would think they use OEM parts, and make sure the alignment is OK. But no. Was razzle dazzled by customer service, and a brand new rental. But my tailgate handle feels like it's going to break every time I open it, and the tailgate is crooked.

Had a great experience, my car looks brand new again. They were affiliated with my insurance and everything went smoothly. Reception staff was really nice and helpful. Loved that they kept me updated throughout the process via text.

I was rear ended at the end of June and was referred to Mopparts by my brother in law and insurance. Having never been in an accident, I didn't know what to expect with the process but the entire team, from Elton handling my estimate to Cindy at the front desk were very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The process was a little longer than planned because more date was discovered so parts had to be ordered but that's expected.Today I picked up my car and Cindy walked me through all the paperwork and the work that was done. I was AMAZED to see how great the repairs my car came out. While my damage was thankfully minor, the bumper looked good as new. The team even went above and beyond to wash and detail my car. While I hope to not be in this predicament again, I know I will return here if anything happened again amd refer anyone I know to them. Thank you for making a stressful situation easy to handle

Gave me a much lower initial lower estimate, then totalled my car without telling me. Enterprise rental had to call me and tell me it was totalled where a previous shop did not give an estimate as high as they did. The whole situation is suspicious in team with GEICO, I would not trust them.
