PLEASE LOOK FOR YOUR POOL SERVICES ELSEWHERE …!!!!CHARGED FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED AND I HAD TO FIGURE OUT ISSUES WITH MY POOL SYSTEM BY WATCHING YOUTUBE AND GOING WITH ANOTHER POOL SERVICE AFTER SORRY INCOMPETENT NIAGARA POOLS DIDN’T REMEDY THE ISSUE AND I WAS TOLD 3 DAYS AGO THAT A MANAGER WOULD BE CALLING …..HIGH TURN OVER OF EMPLOYEES AT THIS PLACE AND PRIOR TO MY POOL OPENING THIS YEAR I REQUESTED DIFFERENT WORKERS BECAUSE OF THE LACKADAISICAL WORK ETHNICS THE PREVIOUS YEAR….I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS YOU CAN THANK ME LATERService: General repairs & maintenance

I can't give them a rating! Sue the coordinator of customer service is rude and ignorant!!!! She scheduled me for service for 5/31/22, told me I would receive a phone call Friday or Saturday too confirm the time of service. Well I never received a confirmation call! I took the day off from work today Tuesday 5/31/22. I emailed her several times to confirm time she didn't respond. Today I emailed her and she responded that my service was scheduled for Wednesday 6/1/22. I forwarded her the email she sent me stating she scheduled me for 5/31/22. She never responded! I called her and she lied too me stating they weren't doing service calls today 5/31/22! I informed her of her poor customer service and rudeness she passed me on to Mike! Mike said they are doing service calls today and I informed him I was waiting for technician and what Sue had said too me! He said he put a ticket in and when I told him who was going too compensate me for my day that I took off to be lied too he said he would have the manager call me! I asked Mike what time the manager comes in Mike said he didn't know!!! How is that possible??? Everyone has a schedule posted so they know what is going on!!!! Well 2 hours has passed and no phone call or email from Sue or Mike or the manager!!!! Very poor customer service!!!! I read all the reviews for Niagra and seems Sue has MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST HER!!!! I can see why!!!! I called again a few hours later and FINALLY got to speak to Dave the manager. He was helpful and apologetic. I told him about his coordinator customer service rep Sue and he was apologetic informed him of this review as well. Sue called a few hours later as if nothing happened and informed me a technician would be out on 6/1/22 between 8:30 and 11:30 that I was first on list too be serviced! We shall see what tomorrow brings!

If you didn't purchase your pool thru Niagara or have an above ground pool, forget it. Nobody want to make money and replace your liner.

I got a spa tub a few years ago and my speakers went dead. i called today to ask what i can do about the speakers because i didn't know if i could replace them or what. the girl on the phone was insanely rude. you can tell she didn't want to help me and just told me to go to the retailers website. this is horrible.

Our heater had been not clicking on recently, so I called them to come look at. They couldn't find anything wrong on day of the service. Technician was there for about 10 or 15 minutes and left. They had me sign an authorization form and I probably should've looked better but I was busy juggling a work call and he didn't say anything except sign this form-. He didn't explain what he had me sign. I didn't realize I was paying $120 for nothing!! That's a lot of money I'm really disappointed in Niagara right now. $120 for a few minutes and no repairs is really excessive and disappointing.I feel taken advantage of and I won't be using them again sadly and I had been for a few years.

I had a notification asking "How was Niagara Pools & Spas Service Department?".... I wasn't gonna bring it up buuuuut since I was asked, my answer is - I honestly don't know. I called 4 times and left 2 messages, no one ever answered or returned my call. Soooooooo that=1 I get it, everyone's doing pools now so it's a busy time, probly your busiest but if it's that busy maybe bring in someone just to answer the phones and schedule future plans for when you're not as busy.

I am EXTREMELY frustrated!!! I just had my pool installed on 7/22/2020 by ACE pool installers as recommended by Niagara Pools. On 7/23/2020 we found that our pool was not holding water. ACE said there has to be a problem with the liner and to contact Niagara to order a new liner. Niagara says we can't just order a liner, we have to send someone out from the service department to assess the situation....understandable. They can't get anyone out until 7/27/20 uggghh I just knew we would be in our pool over the weekend. Serviceman comes out, says there is indeed a leak as there is now a sink hole the size of a basketball in the pool floor; however, I can't locate the source of the leak, he will talk to Dave to see what the next steps will be to make sure they can get us up and running by the weekend. Call the office on 7/28 Sue says, we don't have the paperwork so I am not sure what he (the serviceman) found so I can give you a call later...Apparently later never came. 7/29 I call the service department again. Sue is out but I am told that there was no follow up call documented so they will send someone out on 7/31 to try to find the leak. WTF????? it's obvious there's a hole in the liner, why can't you come out and replace it then????? Why do you need another set of eyes???? Meanwhile, I have left at least 3 messages for the manager Dave Still since 7/23 and have not received so much as a call back customer service 101!!! I am currently taking a break from my research to find the regional Manager/owner to express my concerns!!! A simple phone call of apology goes a longggg way and is apparently lacking with this company!!! If I have a resolution on Friday, I will update my review but based of my experience do date, I WOULD NOT recommend this company!!!!

WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM NIAGARA….Where to even begin with all of the problems? If we could give zero stars we would. Let’s start by when we had our first appointment with Charles (no longer an employee) to look at pools and gets quotes he rushed us and only gave us an hour and with ten minutes remaining he got up and started to walk us to the front door. This should have been my first clue that we are nothing but a sale in his pocket but we really wanted a Radiant Pool and Niagara was the only distributor close to us (should have taken the longer drive out toward Reading). Our ordering appointment went better of course because we were spending lots of money so he saw $$$$. Delivery and scheduling the following week went well too so maybe the first impression was just us over-reacting….NOPE. NOT. AT. ALL!!!!! 5:35 the night before delivery and install for our pool we get a very rude call “We won’t be delivering tomorrow and we don’t know when it will be in to reschedule” then hung up when I was questioning everything as we were told it was in stock and available. I tried calling back and they close at 5:00 so I didn’t get ahold of anyone till the next day and of course they blamed it on the trucking company losing… yes LOSING our pool! After multiple calls back and being ignored and cancelling our installers, sand delivery, and electrician… they found it a couple days later and delivered everything by the end of the week. Install Day – They didn’t deliver our filter, so we paid full price to our installer who didn’t fully install, had to pay for water delivery that couldn’t fully be delivered due to the fact that the water would just flow out. I had to drive from our house Monday morning taking off from work and drive to their corporate office were I sat for over an hour and still didn’t leave with everything that was missing from our delivery (it is over an hour trip from my house to their corp. office -1 way). They delivered things the next day by their tech and came to our house…still no one showed us how to use ANY of the equipment or chemicals. We ended up needed a fence and was originally quoted $699 and they wanted to charge me $2200… that just came in a couple of weeks ago (we ordered it at the beginning of June and was told it would take a week because again it was in stock!). We were sold the Simple Salt System as being a Salt Pump and we were given salt and no chlorine or any other chemicals…our pool has been cloudy and we have been calling to help figure out why and we have gone to the Bristol showroom where we purchased this and they have advised to add more salt…and all these different chemicals! Well come to find out…. The Simple Salt System is NOT a salt pump and does not make you have a Salt Water Pool it just helps keep algae from growing and that we needed Chlorine and other chemicals all along and that we needed to drain part of our water and start over…again having to buy MORE chemicals that should have came with the purchase to begin with! Only plus side is now we know it is a chlorine pool and isn’t anything special we can go to a local pool supplier and never ever go back to Niagara again! We are just waiting for our winter cover and we will forever be done with them! Save your time/money/sanity and buy somewhere else because here you are only a sale...not a customer!

never go to niagarra pools. I bought a pool in May and the person never told us that another company is going to be installed in July and I still haven't been able to find anyone and that person told us that we are going to help and now they don't even want to pick up the phone
