I went to the store around 6:30 PM on Thursday, October 23rd. The cashier at checkout — a Black lady who’s often there — was extremely rude, as she always seems to be. It feels like Nike either doesn’t train their employees properly or they’re so underpaid that they take it out on customers.
I had a 15% off coupon in the Nike app, and she flat-out refused to apply it, telling me to “use it next time.” Why would I want to come back after being treated like that? Her attitude was terrible and dismissive, and it’s not the first time I’ve experienced this from her.
Nike needs to seriously improve their customer service — especially at the counter. Terrible experience overall.

Cant tell you how much money I spend here, I have a problem lol but every visit has always lived up to its potential! By far the best 2 employees there are Denay and there is another woman, but I do not know her name. Usually they are the ones checking me out, every visit. They practically live there. Which isn’t a bad thing. It shows that they have a great work ethic and it doesn’t go unnoticed! I sure hope Nike is appreciative of you both. Thank you for putting a smile on my face after every visit. 😊

For the most part, they have really good deals, like up to 40% off already discounted items. The employees are friendly and welcoming except this one Caucasian manager that’s a women, every time I go (which is biweekly) she follows me around pretending to be fixing items. Other then that the store is clean and usually stay stocked with the latest items.

For an Oulet it was good they had enough shoes but not enough sizes to choose from. It's back to school shopping so I am sure it was busy over the past few weeks. I'll check back in after the rush is done.

The service at the checkout is something terrible. With two working checkouts, there was only one person in front of me, but we waited more than 10 minutes!!! It was clear from the employees' faces that they absolutely did not understand what they needed to do. It was as if they had come there from elementary school. I love this store, but I have never encountered worse service.
