“Raw and natural food for your fur babies. Love this place and you pay for what you get. Quality and natural nutritional food aren’t cheap. I love that they have a loyalty program to incentivize you to return; although I would return without the loyalty program. And they have a self-service pup wash.”
“Helped me find items I was picking up for a friend and showed me multiple options for a particular item. Carried my heavy purchases to my car. Very sweet and helpful.”
“This place is amazing very nice guy that works there I'm guessing owner or manager let me in when they were closed to pick up a few things yesterday Christmas eve I'll be going back tomorrow to get something else”
“Excellent customer service as always. My most recent visit to Pet Supplies Plus in Cherry Hill was a brief one just for a few special cookies for my dog Remy Martine. I was immediately greeted and asked if I need assistance in finding anything. Everyone was friendly and efficient.”
“Lovely staff! I traveled a half hour because I've been really disappointed in the upkeep of the self wash at the Cherry Hill Petco. The self wash here is much better maintained, and I don't have to ask overworked grooming staff for towels and stuff or hope they had a chance to clean up the area (like at the Cherry Hill Petco).”

“Took my chihuahua here today for a deshedding which included a bath, nail trim and his ears cleaned. He can be a challenge and Devon did such a great job!! His fur and nails look perfect and was just what I was hoping for. He even came home wearing a little Valentine’s bandana ?. We will definitely be returning for more services!!”
“Had to come on here and say that Anastaxia is FANTASTIC! My Bernedoodle, who’s usually a shy guy, came out looking better than ever. I honestly haven’t seen him this happy or excited after a haircut LOL. She did an amazing job, and I was so impressed with how well she handled him. Will definitely be booking again!”
“Amazing place with so many options for your best buddy!! Staff is lovely and informative. Great for dogs with food sensitivities as they have a lot of different flavor options :)”
“Concord Pet Foods and Supplies offers exceptional service and a great selection of high-quality pet products. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. It’s clear they truly care about animals and their customers. A reliable and welcoming place for all your pet needs.”
“Made my first visit and drove almost 2 hours, it was absolutely worth it! I picked up a few fish and plants, and everything looks healthy. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind and patient (I forgot to ask her name), which made the experience even better. They have a great selection of fish and plants, and I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”
“First time I brought my pet there to get his nails cut. They did a phenomenal job. I am bringing both of my dogs tomorrow to get a bath and a full groom. I highly recommend this place.”
“Super nice staffs!!
I brought 2 of my corn snakes who have not been eating for months to this store asking for help. Ive been really concerned about that. The staff here is very nice, telling me a lot and that both snakes are healthy so I don’t need to worry too much, and gave me some suggestions as well. I bought two live pinkies and the result is - both of them did eat!! I’m so grateful and excited.”

“This is the place for koi and koi ponds. Mark is the best! He is in this business because he loves it. He knows whatever there is to know about koi and koi ponds. I go to USA Koi for high quality Japanese Koi. Mark is always a pleasure and is a trustworthy and honest source of valuable information.”
“Wonderful A to Z. We just had our 4th grooming appointment with our skittish, 8 month old Shiba Inu pup. Mindy is so great with her - I was pleased to see the airplane ears when Mikan saw her.
She does a great job with the nail grind and Mikan always smells so fresh and even though she’s shaking, I know she’s happy. And we are happy too!”
“Maggie is wonderful with my Biewer Terriers and does a great job with their cut. They get excited to see her which means a lot to me that they don’t feel anxious. We sadly moved out of the city but I will always recommend Maggie to anyone looking for a high quality cut for pure bred dogs in the city.
However, the name of the boutique fits the rest of the staff. No one says greets me when I walk in and the front desk girl is always on her phone. They just look up from their phone, scream Maggie’s name, and then go back to their phone. And they are a bit weird about scheduling. I asked if we could just keep the pups on the schedule for every 6 weeks and they said they couldn’t do that nor keep a card on file. You do get a high quality cut but not the best customer service. I guess that’s what you get with a place called “Pet Snobs”.”
“Great service, wonderful staff. Had to run in and buy a new harness. Got it on sale- half price. Conveniently located right next to the dog park. 1 block away from Seger Dog Park.”
“My cats have loved everything I have brought home from here. Every flavor Churu and their favorite toy is the wobble mouse. I come here at least monthly at this point.”
“small store but has a well curated selection of products! prices are comparable to other pet stores in the area. friendly, helpful staff that are not overbearing”
“Have always drove past this store and never had the opportunity to stop by. Thankfully, I did! I have an English Bulldog who is slowly getting younger ; ) and wanted to get her on a healthier, cleaner diet. Bill's Wonderland did not disappoint. We found so many great things for our princess. One of my new faves is PetEyez Freeze Dried Vitamin Treats! One morning, this past Spring, my dog woke up with her eye covered with "eye boogies". A film covering her entire eye. Never had I seen that before and despite how many times I cleaned her up during the day, it would always return! Got her checked and everything came back clear. I felt so bad for her and her lack of eye sight. I found these at the store and boy, have they helped tremendously!! She no longer wakes up with that coat of ocular discharge, nor does it build up during the day. I originally started with the Grain Free Beef Liver flavor. This time around they didn't have that option, but picked up the Grain Free Lamb one for her. Couldn't be anymore thankful for this product!
Aside from great products, their customer care is amazing. Staff takes their time to ask questions and give wonderful recommendations!”
“Great place! They have the special food my cat needs, I found rabbit specific cat treats that I've been looking for over 3 years!!!
Great staff!!! Lots of Cool animals!!!
Go check them out!!!”
“Chantel and all of the staff at Doggie Style are amazing!! I have been experiencing a few issues with my dog and Chantel is so knowledgeable about the various products and it has been incredibly helpful. I will never shop anywhere else (unless Doggoe Style doesn’t have what I need)! I’m so thankful for the Doggie Style team!”
“Took our golden retriever to Ahead of the Pack for grooming after little after he had to have a surgery and get his one side shaved. Denise did an amazing job, and he’s never looked better, you would never know he had even been shaved just a couple months ago. All the staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, their selection of toys and treats is great, and the entire experience was smooth and easy. Can’t recommend them enough!”
“Great staff who genuinely care about our furry friends and exceptional customer service. You can also volunteer to walk and spend time their lovely rescue pups (fill in a form & leave your ID)”

“We have been customers for almost 15 years. They’re the best. Greg knows about every item in the store and he is always glad to share his information with you. It’s always a pleasure.”
“We love stopping into Principled Pet during our walks. Everyone who works here is welcoming, friendly and so kind to my beagle boy, Sirius. Sirius loves to sniff around until he decides which treat he wants (usually the big bones from the Italian market 😂).”
“This is the ONLY pet store I’ve ever been in that does not smell. It actually smells good I literally can’t believe. Workers are super friendly and knowledgeable. Store is perfectly organized. YALL SLEEPING ON PETCO!”
“The store was very clean and organized. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. They're also getting in more natural dog treats and bones.”

“We love partnering with Berlin PetSmart! Thank you to Lexi and Karen and all the staff for welcoming Trust Rescue and helping with our adoption process. We appreciate all they do.”
“I don’t even know where to begin—this review is long overdue. I absolutely love Pit Stop HQ, and so does my dog, Pluto. I’d truly be lost without it.
Pluto has separation anxiety, and my housing situation makes it tough to leave him alone (barking isn’t really tolerated). Pit Stop has been a total game-changer. They make everything so easy. The fact that it’s hourly is a huge plus—I can drop Pluto off for just a couple of hours to run errands without having to pay for a full day, which isn’t the case at many other daycares in the city.
Pluto has an absolute blast every time he goes. The staff is warm, supportive, and just really good humans—friendly, personable, and clearly animal lovers. It’s also become my go-to for boarding, and Pluto treats it like an extra-long daycare session. When I leave him there, I have zero worries about his well-being. I know he’s in excellent hands.
The first time he stayed for a full week, I picked him up and—this might sound small, but it meant so much—he had no eye boogies. That’s never happened unless someone was gently cleaning them for him. That level of care says it all.
They’re also super accommodating about Pluto’s picky eating habits, including all the little accoutrements I add to his food. And most of all, I know they love him—and that matters.
The pricing is fair, the flexibility is unbeatable, and the love is real. This place is the shit. Thank you, Pit Stop HQ, for taking such good care of my guy.”

“We had an emergency and had to wash our dog, PRONTO! We googled self wash places near Parvin Park and found the BEST pet store!!! The staff was super friendly, took Millie to the self wash area, explained everything and it was super reasonable! Thank you so much Earthwise Pets!!! 💜”
