“Last year I was unexpectedly diagnosed with a brain tumor and began taking meds. I was getting them at a big box pharmacy and every month there was an issue with my refill, causing me to miss doses of an important life-saving medication. No matter how much I tried to prevent it from happening, I’d end up struggling last minute, making a ton of calls (in tears) to my doctor and the pharmacy, usually missing doses. I finally switched to Crosskeys hoping to have a better experience working with a small, independent pharmacy. As soon as my first Rx was sent over I received an automated welcome call from an actual human. This time I cried tears of relief. It’s stressful enough to manage a terrible diagnosis, getting the medication I need shouldn’t cause more stress. I am so grateful to have switched to Crosskeys.”

“I'm a new recent customer,and they delivered with no issues and driver was courteous and professional,and I had mix up where Drs from Jeff have sent my scripts to Jeff Apothecary,and if your familiar with place it's like getting into pentagon,lines of people to be I'd and given sticker then security entrance where your inspected with security wand ,and lines at Apothecary are often long and take a lot of time to reach counter and I've been told they were out of my common script and asked to return .But simplying speaking to Bertolinos on phone my script was switched to them and things went very very well obtaining my medicine .I like their attitude ,way they treat you ,and always a satisfying experience even when it's my own fault not micromanaging Drs to use my preferred pharmacy on my records.Very satisfied customer here see no reason of ever changing pharmacies.This place is how a business is supposed to operate ,def 6 stars lol”
“I always come to this Costco. I only have one problem with one of the staff. I think she doesn’t like people or racist. She greets everyone beside the Asian and gives them attitude. I remembered i went there last year to buy gift cards and she complained i bought too much. I bought 10 and i asked her if there was a limit and she say no. I said how about i buy 5 she still say is a lot. Today i have her again as my cashier and she never greet us too and when i asked her about the price of an item she say it will show on the screen. When we left i overheard her saying we don’t say nothing to her like a thank you but she didn’t say to us like other cashier. Other cashier say thank you and have a nice day, but she don’t. I hope she get more training how you work there. Her name Michelle W. Short black lady. Never going to her to check out again to ruin my day. Meanest cashier ever.Hope she changes her attitude even she needs to pretend to be nice to do her job. The store need to do feedback for workers.”

“Washington Square Pharmacy has CONSISTENTLY provided me with EXEMPLARY service. I am a poor man, paraplegic, and struggling just to stay alive, and the FAMILY run, workforce there has always gone out of their way, gone WELL above and beyond the level of service necessary, to ensure that I am properly cared for. These people genuinely love what they do, they GENUINELY WANT to help their clientele have, not only a better quality of living, but have a longer lifespan, through medicine. They are one of the few entities in the entire city of Philadelphia, that has treated me no better, and no worse, than a wealthy man. I CAN NOT say enough good things about this pharmacy. In the meantime I've long since run out and will have to go through difficult adjustments to stopping/restarting. I'd be wary if you're considering using this pharmacy, I'm going to talk with my doctor about finding another option.”

“I like shopping here with the scan and go app because the lines get really long at times, so you can just scan all your items and pay on your phone to avoid the crowd. They have a good variety of items. I miss their croissant loaf though, that was really good.”

“I tend to go to Rite Aid, esp now that my local one it's been remodeled, but I really prefer Walgreens. I'm not sure if it's the cleanliness and color scheme or what, but I just prefer Walgreens. The staff is always friendly and helpful and their sales are pretty sweet. I like that they help kids with Cancer (GOD FORBID!) with the 'Red Nose' promotion. Super :)”
