I went shopping today at the Ralph Lauren Gloucester outlet in NJ. There were not many customers in the store and all employees were talking to each other, I don’t care it because I can just walk around by myself. I picked a sweater and go to checkout, I saw all the cashiers are undisciplined, I had an item to return but the register had some issue and the cashier called a manager to come. The manager is a black man, tall, bearded, he casually started his performance. He talked to himself and other cashier the whole time, and I tried to explain my problem but he never talk to me or even looked at me. I didn’t want to be unhappy, so I just paid and say thanks and left.

Just left the store, very good experience. My girlfriend speaks Mandarin Chinese and to our pleasant surprise a Polo sales associate began speaking to her in Mandarin Chinese. She was very helpful with all the questions my girlfriend asked her and my girlfriend appreciated it greatly.

Yes, I'm an RL Polo fan. With all the additional discounts, I can get a better quality of clothing at an affordable price. It also helps when you have great customer service.

Mike the manager is one of the most thorough, professional, patient and courteous managers I've encountered in years. He should be a REGIONAL manager as he totally represents everything Ralph Lauren/Polo is about. Thank you Mike for resolving my problem.

Sales people are very helpful and you can stack coupons here. Military coupon, coupon from emails/text and birthday coupons.

This particular outlet doesn’t have a lot of clothing like most polo factory outlets i’ve been to before. I placed a over the phone order for a item I seen on the website. I was sent something else that I didn’t order not sure how that happens when I even gave the item number repeating it twice to the person over the phone. I sent the item back and called after tracking the package to make sure they received it. Was told I would get a refund. A week later no refund and was told the person I spoke to must of did a register refund and not a link refund smh. I thought the Philadelphia Mills location had young incompetent workers this one is some what similar.

Very disappointed ! I love brand quality and styles is great and timeless but customer service is really bad at most of your factory stores. This one in particular as a past store manager i just can accept that floor set still happens in the middle of Sunday and all customers ignored ! Stuff chatting with each other in a very friendly manner right in front of customers and when they turn to customers all smiles gone from their face to show their ignorance to customers . I felt unwelcome and every employee on the floor was annoyed by customers who was walking and trying to shop through floor set witch was going on during operation hours! Bad time management or not enough task hours either way customers and as a matter of fact sales is negatively affected!

Very small store. Not much to the collection. I only shop here because it’s the only one near us. To be honest you have to look things up with the employees if you really want something that’s not there. They will help you shop

Sunday afternoon and store is trashed after floor set . Zero customer service and personal on the register sleepy and not friendly !

Store hours don't reflect actual time. My son and I arrived to the store at 7 to find the doors locked. Online states it's closed at 9

Attacking me as soon as I get in the store to wear a mask? Really? Fully vaccinated and no other stores required it. I left. Won’t be giving them my business again!
