AVOID: I bought Birkenstocks from a Rack Room Shoes. Within 2 weeks, the sides were splitting off of the leather top. Not ideal for 130$ shoes to say the least. I contacted Rack Room Shoes to try and rectify the situation. Now obviously , this may not be Rack Room Shoes’ fault that they are splitting BUT you would expect a quick response and a new pair in the mail. It has been days since I sent the pictures of the shoes and the receipt, and there is still no response. I wonder if they are trying to wait me out. I was sold bad shoes and the customer service is far from ideal. I would avoid shopping here.

Came into to return a relatively larger order and got scrutinized and called a liar to why I was returning the items in the order even tho EACH item arrived in extremely damaged boxes . The worker stated she worked there for 24 years so I expect more professionalism coming from somebody who states they’ve been there that long . Note this was my first return ever with rack room . I could write a whole bunch more but there’s no need . Rack room treat your workers better because whatever you’re doing right now isn’t working . They’re acting extremely ignorant to their good customers . I hope they find a better workspace that makes them happier . I’ll give it 2 stars though because the return eventually got processed .

After being prevented from purchasing their shoes online and having to get them from another online vendor and then BEING BOMBARDED WITH ANNOYING ADS FROM RACK ROOM TO BUY THE SAME SHOES, i have to chime in to express my annoyance. I tried unsuccessfully to use two different credit card on their online system (and then of course used one of the cards to buy from the other vendor) and then contacted customer service who claimed my phone wasn't working (also not true) as I verified by making another call after I hung up with her. Maybe Rack Room should spend more time making their online and customer service systems functional and less on sending unsolicited, extremely obnoxious, repeated pop up ads to people who have already purchased the same product elsewhere.

Don’t bother even wasting your time in this store. Their BOGO sale that is always going on is misleading and almost impossible to get. I was told that my second pair had to be cheaper than my first pair even though none of the signage throughout the store states that, and if that is how the sale works than why are 90% of the shoes listed as “only eligible as the first pair” when there are other more expensive pairs that do not have that same signage. Do better with your sales and make it more clear for your customers. They know what they are doing, and they are just trying to make it difficult on the customer to get the sale. Not to mention 10/10 times I’ve gone in the employees are on the sales floor gossiping and having inappropriate conversations about their coworkers. Will not be returning.

They got me on Black Friday...They had a sign on the Nike shoes that said "Can only be used as first part of BOGO Half Off deal" and when I got to the register the girl told me none of the Nike shoes are part of that deal. I bought em anyway bc they were fire but then don't be sneaky and just take those signs down, or better yet, put one up that says they're not part of the deal so ppl know what's good at least before we get up there to pay.

I ordered shoes for my husband. They were delivered to a DIFFERENT STATE. When I reached out for a refund, store credit or a replacement sent to ME AT MY HOUSE IN THE STATE I ACTUALLY LIVE IN. They said, woops sorry there's nothing we can do unless you return the shoe..... I NEVER GOT THE SHOES! They were delievered to NC and i live in NJ. So I paid 64 dollars for shoes I never or will never get. Will NEVER shop here again.
