Decent rehersal space although a bit cozy. There is plenty of equipment there to use, but I usually bring my own. Mike's a good guy to work with.

I have been there 4 or 5 years. I really like the room. You cant beat the price.Mike is a good guy who is very helpful and will go out of his way help with any problems. For me its my home away from home. Highly recommended.
