Another progressive issue!! They supposedly fixed my jeep they sent it out to get the alignment my son drive it 10 miles and it started wobbling all over the road again!!!! I have been calling them to get this fixed properly for months. They said they would call me back and NEVER DID!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! They are getting one more phone call tomorrow the I’m calling progressive!!!

Rocco’s was the absolute best. Kristi was fantastic to deal with kept us informed and delivered the car a day earlier than promised so clean I was embarrassed because it was so dirty when they got it. They were absolutely fantastic!! Highly highly recommend

I would not recommend due to the mand issues I had during the repair process. I had to help the shop find my wheel lock which was in my glove compartment had to come to shop to show them where they were. When I was told my car was ready on Friday we did a walk around they failed to address damages list on the estimate. Thank God I didn't pay my deductible before I requested to do a walk around. Never once did a manager or supervisor Call me to apologize for the inconvenience to me that was poor customer service. Unfortunately I would not recommend after the experience.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go anywhere but Rocco’s. The refused to finish fixing my car. The rocker was broken. The spent over 18,0000 fixing my 25,000 car. They are not trustworthy. Why did they fix it instead of totaling the car? MONEY!!! They are only about money. 2 mangers 2 different times gave my car back saying it was finished. First time…. The alignment still wasn’t fixed…. Car was pulling so far to the right. I didn’t make it out of their driveway. Second time, they took my deductible and REFUSED TO WARRANTY THEIR WORK. My insurance company had to have me take it to a different shop.

New to Blackwood in a brand new home and my car was parked and hit and run. Rocco’s contacted me and I had my car back in less than a week! Customer service was wondering and refreshing! Staff and repair men were so kind and friendly! I highly recommend!!!
