“I have a problem since they got rid of the directory maps. I tried the QR code and the resulting map wouldn't allow me to search for the Carter's store at this mall. It gave me a map of the US. I tried the text message but they didn't respond. I'm 76 and a little old to work with this. Can you bring back the directory maps please so this can be more accessible?”
