The first thing you notice when you walk into the store, it stinks really bad. I stayed in there as long as I could just see if I could find some platform UGG, but I noticed that the lady greeting people at the door didn’t say anything to me when I came in so that also prompted me to leave.

Great selection of stores. Very nice courtyard area to relax. It would be nice to get some food stores in there for quick bites to eat.

I’ve been eyeing the green Tasman slippers for a while. We were greeted by Brittany and other associates. All were very informative and friendly. I learned a little history of Uggs origins. Sadly they did not have the pair I was searching for but I found one for someone else. Brittany helped us pick the right size and managed to get the last pair of the gray color. She was very enthusiastic and enjoyable to talk to. She showed me options and spoke to us the entire time. Great customer service, will come back.

Had a great experience at the Ugg store at Gloucester Premium Outlets. I was helped by a wonderful young man named Gio and was able to get everything my kids needed.

I had an amazing experience at UGG thanks to Tori! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Her customer service was top-notch—she was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make my visit great. If you’re shopping at UGG, definitely ask for Tori!

This location has PLENTY of employees with very funky attitudes!!! Specifically the one’s behind the registers. I highly do not recommend!

the store is open on the internet, we drove an hour to this store to find out that it was closed. I think it was irresponsible!!! we should have checked about the closure on the internet!
