If I could give it zero stars I would. The heavy set woman at the desk with short hair and glasses working on 4/24/25 around 2pm was not pleasant, didn't want to speak, had an attitude for no reasonand very obnoxious! Literally every single post office I go to are TERRIBLE especially this one. They need to hire people with better customer service! She needs to thankful is employed at a decent job! Never again

I just moved in the area and was trying to get my change of address. Was having trouble with it since I moved here. Kept getting the run around. I don’t know HER name but she is an African American lady with glasses and always style her hair differently. She always handled me when I came in. She was nice until the second time I came in to verify my address. I received a paper telling me that I need further verification and I had one more day left before it expired and before I even gave her the paper she hurried up and said “Nope” like I didn’t have one whole day to spare. She ended up making me do it again and the same piece of mail came in. She told me I need my insurance in order to confirm my address when I never heard of that before. And when I went back out to get it a gentle man helped me and told me I didn’t need that and then he goes ask if my address was correct on the screen and I politely told him no that was never my address. And I told him the lady over there assisted me and he told me to wait for a piece of mail that will determine if I got approved on my address which I didn’t. I ended up having to go to a whole different post office which I finally got approved for. People like shouldn’t be in a big business like this when I’m just trying to get my business done. And it’s people who actually want a job and can’t get hired. Just wish this message will get through and someone tells her about herself. Just imagine if she was in my situation waiting for important mail.

Had a decent, quick interaction with the attendants for finger printing service.Not to devalue the rest of reviews, but this is another average post office nothing much to love or hate about it.

Nice staff. Anytime I go in to send a package out from a purchase from my online store, I’m taken care of quickly and out the door and my packages always arrive safe and sound.

I received my car title after paying off my loan. It was in a glassine envelope with a note of apology from the post office for it having a 4 inch tear. I receive so much junk mail that's never damaged but this one vital piece arrives torn. I can't sell the car until I get a duplicate title at a cost of over $200. Outrageous.

Very unprofessional, plots, and plays games with customers. Supervisor, Joesph Hofacker was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. The carrier delivered my package to the wrong address and Joe covered for him. He refused to help me locate the package and lied that my package was delivered to my address, while another employee told me that my package was delivered to a different address than my own. Joe has a nasty attitude and way of treating people. He is very sneaky and continuously intercepted in my communication with management after I expressed that I did not want to talk with him any further. Thanks to him, I am still without my package and will be working with corporate, as I have voicemails as proof that my package was delivered elsewhere.

Super nice people work here. I had to pick up my packages late after hour. A guy on his way out to go home ran back and handed me the stuff. The mail lady took care of my packages when i wasnt home. To make sure no porch thieves. Can’t thank them enough

Often times postal workers don't get the recognition they deserve. I beg the difference. The Blackwood Post office is phenomenal. Carmen, John, my regular mail carrier, the staff, are awesome. They go above and beyond. Thank you so much. I appreciate you all.

This post office has been my go to for years. However the young Hispanic gentleman that was recently working the front needs to practice professionalism as I felt very uncomfortable. I did not remember my friends return address and as I was looking it up he laughed and said obviously you should know that. And when I inquired about me utilizing the address as mine or my friends, he made me feel stupid for even asking the question. Sir.. do you talk to everyone this way lol? He’s definitely a newbie that could use more training.
