I'd given them 0 stars if i could. More than "not care" about their customers they hate the and go out of their way to make their lives miserable. Once I find a good internet provider in my area I am CUTTING THE CABLE ON CENTURYLINK! Free at last, free at last!

Fios is better. now there's optimum which I hear is better but not good and planet networks which is new to the area and had gotten rave reviews.

They charged me twice over 130.dollars and I called they said end of business day it would be back on my card that was Wednesday and it now friday and nothing is done

We had a technician named Kevin come to our house and he was excellent! He didn't stop until the problem was fixed. Yes the service is a little buggy sometimes...he gave us a new router free of charge and also some new wires. He was very professional and courteous.

Just moved to the area and the only provider is century Link. This internet is absolute garbage. You can compare it to dial up. Don't waste your time or money. Looking into alternative options.

Please do not waste your time or money! CenturyLink internet is absolutely terrible. In the first few months our service was great and I didn’t understand why people always said it was horrible, well now I get it. It’s been almost one year that we have had CenturyLink and more often than not our service cuts out. Not to mention that they are no help at all with a solution or answer to why our service is so spotty. Such a waste of money! We thankfully found out that a different internet provider services our area and we cannot wait to switch!!

They don't deserve 1 star! I moved to the country from the suburbs and I cannot believe the only internet option is this horrible company. Customer service reps are beyond inept. I get better results from overseas service reps who don't understand English!

Literally the worst internet I have ever had. Regularly slow my service down and barely ever get the 12 mb the plan says you do. If you're in blairstown and having trouble finding internet look into fiber optics. I forget the name of the company but there is one out here luckily I'm moving

We pay for 5MB and get 300kb. Can't switch providers because they have a monopoly in my area.

Worst company ever. They censor the programming when you bundle with direct tv. They change install date without letting you know. They also charge you extra out of the blue. Customer service is horrible. I could go on for hours but I think everyone will get the picture. Oh did I mention there internet is garbage.

Our internet has been out for 2 weeks. Called again to see when they were going to come out and repair the downed wires on our road. They told us 2 more weeks... would give them no stars if I could.
