PNC is the perfect small town family bank. I have been a customer for 22 years. I worked with Kevin for many years who gave me personal attention for my business accounts. When my brother died, Bank of America would not help me with an estate account since my brother had lived in Ohio. I had tried them because my mom’s account had been there and we had investments at Bank of America. Judy at PNC told me to come right in and she set up an estate account as well as updated credit cards with more cash back benefits at PNC. I love coming in and chatting with Dominque and Valerie to make business deposits.Today I worked with Carlos, the assistant manager with a fraudulent debit on my estate checking account . He spent a great deal of time with me and knew I was upset.
I highly recommend this bank for its professional and personal service.

Everytime I visit and request coins, the clerks become very bitter, and question why I need them. As someone who has an account, I shouldn’t be harassed by making a simple request. Save your time and go to a bank that actually cares about its customers

Don't use there ATM it will steal your card and they will tell you to go pound sand.

This bank has been my bank for 16 years and counting. Everyone is always kind and helpful. This an excellent hometown bank. The other reviews are not accurate and should be removed.

I have been doing business with this bank for 25 years. I prefer the old days of the drive-up window without the ATM but everybody that works there has always been kind and helpful. It's an excellent hometown bank I don't understand the other reviews.

Went to bank 15 min before they open drive thru atm was working fine until middle of my transition they went to maintenance mode screen turned black and couldn’t complete transaction machine took my card waited till nine when they open in hopes getting my card/life back they told me I can’t have my card back what the point of having a atm so now I’m screwed yet by another bank don’t use there atm when your not a once bank account holder cause you will be bent over

This branch would not let me withdraw money from my account. The teller said she didn't know me. After taking cash from the atm they said it was policy to show 2 forms of I'd. Why didn't she ask for more I'd? I guess a photo drivers license doesn't carry any weight at PNC. Would give 0 stars if possible
