Starter went in my car, dropped my vehicle off at the shop, and had it back the next day. They also checked for additional issues with my car and sent me a list of what they checked.

I went out to my truck in the morning and I noticed that my brake lines were broken when I tried to start it, somehow (maybe just due to age), and all I could smell was gas... I had the truck dropped off with them and they did a great job replacing the brake lines. Now my brakes sound like they're scraping and the smell of gas is still present. I'm hoping nothing was done to my fuel line at the same time my brake lines were broken. I'm somewhat sceptical as to HOW my truck was damaged due to there being 2 issues at the same exact time and everything was perfectly fine, NO ISSUES the night before. Quality always does quality work, so I know I can trust the work they've done,... and that makes me feel a little better.

Quality Automotive was amazing!! Our car broke down on side of the road and we were towed there. They managed to order and install the tires we needed in the same day and they were all very nice and beyond professional. I would highly recommend them:)

Outstanding Service!Brought my 2015 Mini Countryman to them to look at a grinding noise coming from the front end,they went over the entire car,took pictues of everything they looked at.Diagnosed that the transfer case was shot,and needed replacement.Being a recently purchased car through Carvana,the car was still covered under Silver rocks limited warranty.Quality Automotives team took car of dealing with the warranty company,got approval for all necessary repairs,and i got my car back in a timely matter!I just want to thank Mike,Denise,and the rest of the crew at Quality Automoive for an exceptional expierience! Great technicians, thorough inspection at every visit, inspection report to my phone, great customer service. I chose Quality Automotive because their Subaru technicians are better trained than any dealership. Scheduling is a breeze via text and they send reminders to my phone.

Just started using Quality Automotive and had 2 of my company trucks serviced and a personal vehicle and was impressed with the professional service I received. The technician went over each vehicle and sent me a report with photos of the findings. This shows you exactly what needs to be repaired and suggestions for preventative maintenance is included. Staff is very friendly and responds quickly to calls/texts. I found my new repair shop!Services: Wheel alignment
