I have been coming to this place for about 4 years now. The only redeemable aspect of this spot is Kristie. Kristie is good if you like designs. However she is always rushing and recently has been talking me out of getting designs. Even if you make an appointment you’ll be waiting MINIMUM of 20 minutes to get in the chair. Another problem here is the customer service. Today I came as a walk in because Kristie told me to and I literally was ignored. It looked busy so I was waiting patiently for someone to say something to me which never happened. This was not the first time either. Another person walked in after me and he asked her what she wanted. I asked if I could get helped and the guy at the front looked at me then looked away. That’s the level of disrespect you can expect here even after being loyal for FOUR YEARS. This shop has always had garbage customer service, but now it’s flat-out unprofessional, disrespectful, and not worth a single dollar. The vibe is trash, the service is trash, and I won’t waste another minute here. Do yourself a favor and just go a few doors down to Queen Nails. Good customer service, no rushing, and my nails look fabulous.

The first time i went to this nail salon was great but the second time me and my friend we both felt rushed. I sincerely feel the material they use it is definitely not worth it… your nails are gonna be horrible by the next day! once they finish with the nails they don’t even clean the corner of your nails making them look even worst 😣 pedicure was fine they just need to do better when it comes to manicure and all material they use..

This place is so unprofessional I called requesting a nail tech in particular by the name of Kristi was my first choice. I was told Kristi did not have anything available so I went with another tech had a 12 o’clock appointment. The appointment was changed to 1230 I get there and a young lady walks in with no appointment at all. Ask for Kristi and sits down.
No one apologize they had me sitting at a TECH booth that never came out because she refused to do my nails for whatever reason do not go here!!!!!!!!
The communication Is absolutely atrocious!!!!!!!

I called ahead of time as I wanted dip powder. Spoke to the owner and she said to come that someone would do my nails. Jessica was suppose to be the person who did my nails she was putting polish on her client and was to do me next. Then she said she had to do her pedicure. I waited patiently then she went and did her brows. All knowing I was waiting once she finished and was getting to me she pushed me off on Corrina who had no clue she was to do my nails and probably would have started them an hour ago. Once she found out she was doing my nails she went and had Lunch.. yes lunch! This is why I stopped coming her.. there is no respect for people time or their business. I feel bad for Corrina cause she didn’t even know she just through me to her. Lisa was apologizing but this is truly unacceptable. Come to find out Jesica didn’t do my service because she just doesn’t like it. I know this because I speak Spanish and she said it out her own mouth.. FOWL!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

I am usually very particular with how I rate but I truly do recommend this nail salon!
The prices are extremely reasonable. Thien (Pronounced Tee-en) was the sweetest! My last nail tech did a terrible job and he completely redid no set to perfection. I got a French tip manicure with acrylic and tips. He was patient and understanding and met my needs 100%. I am so picky with how I like my nails and he had no problem doing and re-doing different steps of the process until it was too my liking.
Hopefully, next time, he’ll be a little more light-handed with the filing 😅
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I wasn’t too impressed with my pedicure. My tech didn’t speak English so I couldn’t explain to her what I liked and didn’t like and actually have it taken into consideration. That was unfortunate.
Otherwise, I would 10/10 recommend to a friend. You can’t beat these prices!!!

I started coing here with my mother in law and we really like it. Jessica, the person who did my nails was able to create something simple in a style that I liked and in the colors that I wanted when I went into the shop with no reference or anything.

They only care about money , i went a couple times & had a bad experience. One lady didnt follow the inspiration pic i showed her & my nails came out completely wrong , one lady made my nail bleed & worked over it , told me it was going to be fine , they don’t put effort in & this is only the half of it.
