I had a very good experience with Aamco servicing my car. I needed a transmission repair/replacement and a few other optional things repaired on my car. They gave me a detailed estimate and answered all of my several questions and phone calls. They did not rush me to make decisions. Ben was great! I highly recommend them. My car runs well now.

Poor customer service . The representative was disrespectful, and Mike, in particular, was arrogant and unprofessional. Disappointing experience due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism.

True 5 star service, they left no stone unturned when it it came to fixing my car they're customer service was just as great they kept me in the loop every step of the way during the repair I recommend Aamco 10 time out of 10 they are truly phenomenal.

I recently visited AAMCO for my transmission in Bloomfield NJ. Mr. Ben and the entire team gave my car a first class service. They asked me to bring it back after 10 days for them to check it again to ensure everything is working fine for free. Men this guys are professionals. Be rest assured that your car is in good hands at AAMCO.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Ben, the manager. From the moment I walked in, he listened to my concerns, took detailed notes, and assured me they would run a diagnostic to pinpoint the issue. True to their word, they performed the diagnostic and clearly explained what was going on with my vehicle.
Ben and his team were upfront, honest, and transparent about pricing, which I really appreciated. They even worked with me to make the service more manageable. The experience was excellent from start to finish, and I will definitely be returning for future vehicle services. I’ll also be referring others because great service like this deserves recognition.

Had an issue with my 2017 Buick lacrosse making weird noise from the rear end.
After several failed diagnosis I took it 2 Aamco, they diagnosed it and had me back on the road 2days later!!!
Ben was friendly and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend them if you're looking 4 honest reliable service.
