“There’s no car wash experience better than splash n dash. It’s really a hidden gem of Jersey city. When you pull up your car is hand washed from the outside and the team doesn’t miss a speck of dirt. The vibes are always immaculate and the music and atmosphere turn a chore into a great time. They’re right next to Firestone so it’s easy to bring my car for a wash after being serviced. I am a huge fan of the rewards splash stars system and I tell all my friends to use splash n dash. They take such good care of their customers! Their interior work can’t be beat and such a great value for the whole wash. I always leave smiling. Couldn’t recommend George and his team enough. He was very kind, knowledagble, and replaced the front brakes and rotors on my BMW X2 within an hour, even though I got there 30 minutes before closing and was planning on leaving my car there. Needless to mention his prices are MORE than fair - I was quoted $1,100 by Pep Boys (Route 22, Union, NJ) for the same service that Umar charged me less than half for. A year later and the staff act like they dont want you to come! Thats a sign that trickles down from upper management, shame.
It's been 2 years now , still the best car wash in the tri state area believe me I've checked lol the staff attitude has improved except for the lady at front been 2 years of going 4-5x a week.
Update*** been 3 years and the employees still customer serive isn't the best but I suppose it come from the top down. They attitude and the energy of the people don't reflect bloomfild well at all.
