The guy has some skills and professionalism. He gave me great advice in determining the percentage of my tints and explained how beneficial they are. When you pull up your car is hand washed from the outside and the team doesn’t miss a speck of dirt. The vibes are always immaculate and the music and atmosphere turn a chore into a great time. They’re right next to Firestone so it’s easy to bring my car for a wash after being serviced. I am a huge fan of the rewards splash stars system and I tell all my friends to use splash n dash. “Where do I start… I went to Wet Paint Auto Detailing for a detailed cleaning on my car, and when I tell you they did the unexpected, I mean just that! My car is soooo clean! My daughter and grandson had BBQ sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and all kinds of other messes all over my back seats and cup holders. I also had a big stain on the passenger side that I honestly thought was impossible to remove. But when I picked up my car, the first thing I said was, “OMG, is this my car?!” ? That’s how good it looked — brand new!

“These guys are fantastic. I found a car I liked at Cars Hut right next door. I told the owners I couldn't buy a car that didnt have a mechanic look it over. Fortunately these guys have late hours on a Saturday so they took me right in. They did a thorough inspection as if I were a loyal customer instead of someone who just came in off the street. They took the time to explain to me what needed fixing short term and long term, that it was all normal wear and tear and that they would feel comfortable buying this vehicle for their teenage daughter after the necessary repairs were made. Their diagnostic fee was more than reasonable for the peace of mind that provided to me and my family. I returned the car to the dealership and will be finalizing the purchase of it on Monday! Thank you both so much. You de-stressed what has been an immensely stressful situation: finding a decent used car that is safe and functional, yet sleek for a new driver”

“Paulison Car Wash is great. They do inside and outside of car...unlike Spark that only does the car outside and you have to vacuum your own car there. And Spark is about the same price as Paulison Car Wash.”

“I first went to this body shop for a major damage assessment on my Tesla. I did not realize they do not handle Tesla repairs, but Temur (guess I have the name right) was extremely helpful. He gave me practical advice and guided me on the options available. That advice helped me later during the insurance claim process.
I was so impressed with his honesty and professionalism that I brought my other car, an SUV, to address some minor scratches. Temur took the time to inspect every detail and explained all available options, from a full repair to a simple touch-up.
At no point did he try to push their services or upsell anything. Even though he knew I might not proceed with a repair, he still went above and beyond. He provided matching paint so I could touch up the damaged area myself. I offered to pay for the paint, but he refused to take any money.
That level of honesty and customer service is rare nowadays. What more can you ask for from a body shop?
