Sam is amazing. Every pharmacy I called shot me down with. We don't carry, we can't order, we don't have. Sam explained how he could obtain and provided a timeliness of when he could get me the prescription. Amazing service

Small business comes through in a big way. This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Always able to get my prescriptions even when other pharmacies have trouble. The staff is so friendly. I’m so glad I changed to them and I recommend everyone I talk to. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

After switching from the horrific, unprofessional, and miserable staff at CVS on broad street here in town, I have now realized this is the BEST pharmacy I could ever use. The customer service is outstanding. The pharmacist is such a kind and respectful man. I have been there a handful of times now, and every time, there is a minimal (1-2people) line or immediate service. They will help you and explain thoroughly. I have no complaints. Wonderful pharmacy!

The pharmacist and staff went above and beyond for me. I came here desperate after the big chain pharmacy said they wouldn’t have my prescription in stock for almost another week, but Bloomfield Pharmacy pulled through! Even after an issue with insurance, they had my Rx ready for me in 15 mins. Very personal customer service.

I can't stress enough how helpful this pharmacy was to me. The staff was helpful and kind. In an age of large chain pharmacies this place has a family feeling to it. You're not just a number you're a person.

Bloomfield Pharmacy has that friendly small town feel that major pharmacy chains do not. The staff is courteous and knows you by name. They also deliver which is great when you are under the weather!! I would recommend to anyone without reservation!!??

The pharmacy itself is great but not the laboratory who handle the results for the COVID PCR test. I went in on December 30th for a test and got no results after 3-4 days. The guy at the pharmacy said if you don’t receive a email with your results, you can call the number on the paper they provide you. I called on the following Tuesday & they said they never processed my test but it should be done by the weekend, no problem. Just got off the phone with Fusion Lab company and they told me they still have YET to process my results. Don’t go here unless you want to wait almost 2-3 weeks for your results.

This rating is not for the pharmacy itself but for the lab they participate with for Covid testing. It’s called Fusion Lab and they are extremely unprofessional. I’m just warning anyone who wants to go here for a Covid test to go somewhere else. Claiming to get results within 24-48 hours but I’m on day 7 and still nothing. I’ve tried calling the lab multiple times and no one ever answers. I know times are crazy right now but don’t offer something you can’t provide! Extremely frustrating. Again, rating is not for the pharmacy but for the lab they use. Everyone who helped me at the pharmacy was very nice.
