Purchase the perfect car today , I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and was not willing to compromise. Kevin was very kind , patient straight forward and completely honest. Inquired about a used vehicle for sale this week that I was extremely interested in. Got several phone calls about it but no details aside from trying to get me to come in to see it. Bob even gave me his "personal cellphone" (I doubt it was). After messaging and calling both he and the dealer over several days with specific questions about the car (oil leak and other condition issues that I located on a Porche chat group about the car), no one would answer my questions and stopped responding. I wasn't traveling 2 hours to find a leaking rear main seal that is a $5k job. Anyway, avoid the dealership and Bob, they are clowns stuck in a COVID shopping world.

This is my second amazing experience at this service department. I have 2024 X6 that I had to bringing in to the service department right away because I receive a brake malfunction error and my engine light came on. Drove in without an appointment and was told to speak with “Aaron” the service manager to see what can be done. He stopped what he was doing and spoke with me. I explain to him what the issue was and he got in the car, check the car for any codes and explained to me what Maynard caused the issue. He reset the error and scheduled you me for an appointment the next day as a precaution. Extremely professional And courteous. Coincidentally, the same my fiancée had a previous issue with her bmw and she spoke with Aaron and he also went above n beyond to assist her and direct to the right place to get her issue resolved. A++

Richard Hwang, I have called you several times to give you the opportunity to address my issue. To date, you have not returned any of my calls. You only responded to my complaint on this platform to make the viewers think that you're really concerned. Again, you should be ashamed of yourself. You're a poor Service Manager and representation of BMW. I took my car to BMW of Bloomfield for a minor repair. After BMW repaired my car it caught on fire before I could pick up my vehicle. After the incident, the staff treated me very nasty and unprofessional. Upper management wouldn't even return my phone calls. I have no car and BMW of Bloomfield refuses to take responsibility and compensate me. They also damaged the car of another customer while she took her car to this same BMW dealer for a routine oil change. She went back to pick up her car and noticed that the front of her hood was dented and burned. This dealer is known for damaging customers vehicles. BMW of Bloomfield is horrible!Once my vehicle caught on fire, BMW of Bloomfield gave me a loaner that wasn't registered, I got pulled over by the police. The car was towed by the police for an expired registration. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I could not believe that BMW could be so negligent to give me a loaner with an expired registration. To this day, upper management has never once called me to apologize. I have never been compensated for the car they destroyed.

My experience at BMW of Bloomfield was great all of the staff are very helpful and patient. I had the pleasure of working with Luis he helped me trade-in my previous car and purchase a new one. I highly recommend him as a salesman he’s the best!

I bought a 330 from here 4 months ago and the process was super easy. Bobby worked with me on the price and he was very honest. I was in and out. I referred a friend here a month ago and they also left the dealer with a brand new 5 series and they loved bobby. I'll never purchase a car anywhere else.

Great experience today. I purchased the 3 year oil change at the discounted price offered in September. I also received a coupon in the mail for wiper blade replacement at a steep discount. Happy day to drive out the of BMW dealership only paying $22.74! Very happy customer. World Class vehicle inspection is the best!

I came in for an oil change service and I had a small damage on my left side mirror for my 2023 X6. I asked my advisor to take a look and give me an estimate cost to repair it. The service was fast, only a couple hours, and I got a call back from my advisor that my car is ready to pick up and if I want to repair my mirror it would be $2600 which is pretty expensive. So I said no I am ok without repairing since I can barely see it, minor damage. However after I got my car back I realized they touched the damage and made the damage larger and bigger hole which I did not authorize for them to do that. Now there is a huge hole on my mirror. I came to the dealer and reported this incident, but they said it was broken before my car came for service. After a while of argument, they went to the shop and checked, they found that the technician did broke my mirror, and left all the pieces there. This is not professional and I would call this is liar. This is my last time to come to this dealer and I never recommend this dealer to anyone else. The advisors are not very helpful and tried to blame on customer's faults which is not good. Indeed they were lying about what they did to my vehicle. This car is a 82k vehicle and they just treat it like a piece of plastic. I love BMW and will stick with this brand but never come back to this dealer gain.

I have been looking for my perfect X5 for a few years now. I knew what I wanted and was not willing to compromise. As my daughter and I walked in to the Bloomfield location we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. I was told it would be a few minutes to see a sale rep and to feel free to go back and have refreshments. After drinking coffee and waiting 20 minutes Bobby the sales rep invited us to his desk. I’ve had horrible experiences with car dealerships and didn’t want to start the back and forth of negotiations. I told bobby exactly what I was looking for, he check the database and there were no exact matches. Bobby then suggested I custom build my X5, had no idea you could do this! After about 30 minutes, BAM! I had customized my X5! I Waited about 6 weeks, Bobby kept in touched with progress updates.. October 19! Bobby called me, my X5 was ready for pick up! Bobby made pleasant and seamless I’m a woman and never felt taken advantage of as one would expect at a car dealership. I can’t speak of the other sales reps, but Bobby was personable and responsive of what I wanted. He didn’t try to up-sale me on anything. I hope this review is helpful to other woman who may be hesitant to going in to this location. Call or walk in and ask for Bobby and be prepared to be presently surprised!

My last experience was great. As always. But my wife brought in the car for a tire fill up because the car warned her. And it was filled, but it seems the team did that but didn't check the tire, which was blatantly punctured.Second, this is a side note... but my Tire and Wheel service purchased on the lease, didn't carry over to the other system when I bought it out, so the team needed to hunt it down. Not a big issue, but if my wife had the puncture found originally and paid for it, that would've been a painful, time crunching issue.Other than that - love you guys and love my bimmers.

UPDATE: 11/14The manager, Richard, contacted me in regards to the review below. He was more than accommodating to my concerns and offered me a follow up alignment, since I was experiencing the same issues I had come in for. Issue was fixed at no additional charge. I didn’t want the reconciliation effort made by the team to go unnoticed.Was not expecting to write this at all. Came in for a routine 4 wheel alignment with a standard price of $299 quoted prior to service starting. When I got the receipt it showed a $30 miscellaneous charge, bringing the total to $351 instead of $319. When I questioned the cashier, they said that it’s a system error that automatically gets added on; representative corrected the billing error, after me pointing it out. Had I not noticed it, like many customers, the $30 misc charge would’ve stayed on. I wonder how many customers are being scammed like this. It’s not about the $30, it’s the principle of trusting BMW service centers to provide an honest service. Just leaves a bad taste towards this service center, no matter how nice the staff can be, which most of them actually are.

Service @ BMW Bloomfield is outstanding. Service manager keeps you informed & reviews services. Video of work performed is most helpful. Ride service to my home & back was much appreciated. Highly recommend BMWs, BMW of Bloomfield & service manager Doug for his attention to detail. Great job by all!

Ahmed Elmahdy was my service advisor and did an excellent job of explaining what to expect for my service visit, communicating and getting my automatic start feature working again. He was top notch. The service tech, Rich Ross provided an excellent video and walk-around of the vehicle, showing the wear status of the tires and brakes very clearly and professionally. Great experience.
