The services I received for my car were amazing. Darwin serviced my car and did an amazing job. I recently was involved in a car accident and was worried about my car but Darwin explained everything effectively and told me what needs to be done. The process was quick and even though there was additional damage in the inside of my car, the repairs were ready by the initial pick up date. When I picked up my car it looked new. Darwin did an amazing job. Very satisfied and impressed by the results.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Caliber Collision, and I am beyond pleased with the excellent customer care and service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled in a smooth and efficient manner.
Kelly at the front desk and Darwin, the repair specialist, provided the utmost assistance and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They ensured I was kept informed with detailed updates, which made me feel well taken care of and reassured. Although there was a minor delay with the rental car from Enterprise, this did not detract from my overall experience. In fact, being able to leave the rental at the Caliber Collision location for Enterprise to pick up made the process even more convenient.
I highly recommend Caliber Collision for anyone in need of quality repairs and exceptional customer service!

Darwin and Kelly both did really great job in arranging the appointment and their job on repairing. Kelly did so much to help me talk with the insurance guy and Darwin helped me repair the paint issue with no problems. Would really recommend both of them and Caliber Collision
