I called multiple times to speak with customer service in the general store. Each time the phone was answered the call was disconnected shortly after. It came off as deliberate.

Avoid this place if you value your time.
1. I stood in the pick up line (5 people ahead of me).
2. Then redirected to the drop off line. There wasn’t anyone working that counter. One person ahead of me.
Then told to wait for medicine
Got an alert that medicine was ready for pick up. Less than 20 minutes (great).
3. Got in pick up line 4 people ahead of me. Wanted to use Good Rx card to save money.
4. Told by cashier I have to go to drop off window get discount another line.
5. Told them that something is wrong that I have to stand in another line.
6. Waited for them to process a new label another 5 minutes.
Then waited to pay.
If you value your time avoid this location. They have not thought about the customer experience

I have been getting the runaround about my medications. For almost a week now I’ve been told they are ordering it but it has yet to come in. I was told by a pharmacist that they would supply most of the script and I can come back another day to have the rest filled. When I went there they didn’t have any despite telling me that morning they had it. I am going elsewhere now.

Horrible experience! The manager denise is racist, everytime I come in and I need help with my card her attitude is disgusting, I worked for the pharmacy for 2 years and she does not represent what cvs is all about. She never fails on being disrespectful. Idc youve worked there for 30 years. Which proves my point that You should know better. Carlile the cashier was amazing , but management will keep driving your clients away. Get it togethet cvs. Show people what youre truly about.

Very disorganized. There is always a problem. My scripts are called in. I go pick them up and they tell me we have them, but we didn’t fill them, can you wait 20mins? My scripts were called in days before I get there. Then I have to make a second trip. Every time. I hate going in here. They always have long lines, and someone is always mad about something. I’m switching to another CVS because my insurance only uses CVS. If I could, I would go to another place completely.

I was pregnant with gestational diabetes, the pharmacist gave me my medication, then took it back, got into a verbal argument with my husband. And the stess of not getting my insulin, made me went into labor early. The pharmacist didnt even call the doctors office to clarify anything, before he ripped the medication off my hands. One of the worst place you can send your medication too.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Abraham in the pharmacy is the worst. Submitted my prescriptions and wanted them delivered as usual. Issues from the word jump this time. Had me jumping through hoops updating payment methods stating the issue was mine. It was not same card that has always been on file. I am then told I have no choice bit to pick them up. I advised i just had surgery and was supposed to remain in bed. Nothing that can be done. I manage to get out of bed and take an Uber there only to be told my prescriptions have been returned to stock. I was furious. Abraham states that I told him to do that which I did not. He doubles down and infers I am lying. Who is on bedrest, tells a pharmacists to cancel prescriptions, pays an Uber and goes to pick up canceled prescriptions? In the end he tells me to go somewhere else. I did and had my prescriptions delivered the next day with 0 issues.i have also filed a grievance with the better business bureau as one of the medications he refused was medication I depend on daily and had already been without it for 2 days at that point. Take my advice. Go down the street to the Glenwood Ave location. If this store knows what's good for them they will move Abraham to stocking shelves.
