I have been visiting this store for over two years now and I have never had such a terrible experience as today. I visited pharmacy to get some prescription and meantime I decided to return an item which I didnot have a receipt for. I have done that before and they had given me a store credit with no issue. Today the cashier Jamilatu treated me and my husband (who does not speak English too well and i tried to help him) terribly- she asked me hundreds of questions starting from “what’s wrong with this item?”to “why are you making this complicated?” While she was making it complicated herself. she could just issue store credit based in my ID. The manager told me exactly these words “i will ban you from this store”. This is ridiculous! Manager should try to calm the situation and handle it - not just blame the customer and threaten to kick the her out (the customer who is loyal to CVS brand in general, not only to this store). The manager can not ban someone especially when he had not even bothered to ask what happened and started yelling at me directly. I did not want the situation to become more tense and I just left grabbing my prescription. I have never ever been treated in this store (and even any other places) like this before. Everyone is so nice and helpful ALWAYS. It was just her bad day maybe and/or she is new and does not know how to do something. She has no clue!!!!
Please, consider the management of this store and mind other staff who is nice there not to be on the same boat with Jamilatu.

Staff was very courteous, kind and helpful. But the only issue was that the bathroom, must do a better job on keeping it clean, because sometimes it very unsanitized

This is the worst cvs in Bloomfield! Pharmacy hours start at 9am it’s 9:25 and no one knows where the pharmacist is and when it will open I’m like is it possible to make a call. I would just think if you see people waiting when you’re supposed to be open the manager would be proactive and already make a call and let people know if the pharmacist is on way or not!!! Complete disgrace here.

This is absolutely the worst CVS pharmacy ever!!!! The pharmacy is non-responsive and never acknowledges the voice mails that they request that you leave. This location really needs to be under new management. Please do better CVS 250 Glenwood Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ.!!!!

Pharmacist and the technician are the worst. Lies about sending requests to the doctor about medication. Unfriendly stuff, unreliable, need people who is customer service friendly. Need to be trained under new management.

The staff at the front register was pensive and rude. Also, she was arrogant when asked for help regarding the self-serve check out machine. This kind of attitude doesn’t serve the interest of customers favorably.

Incredibly difficult to get through to the pharmacy, waiting 20 minutes or more on hold. Once they finally answer your call they're rude and argumentative. Raised his voice at us as well for some reason. Unprofessional. Not trying to waste anyone's time, genuinely asking them for help. Highly recommend literally any other CVS for their pharmacy in the area.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. Multiple times I've been sent home with the wrong medication and they are impossible to get in touch with by phone. I'll be changing my pharmacy.

I had the worst experience ever with this CVS. The staff really doesn't care. It took me 2 days calling like 6 times a day just to get my mother's blood pressure medication and her blood pressure got so high. It's unbelievable.

Horrible Pharmacy - I would like to file a complaint against them with the state. I found another Pharmacy .So this pharmacy confirms my son’s medication is there and ready. Then I show up to pick up the medication and they tell me that the Dr did not approve it, or it’s not in stock - despite they confirmed it was there and ready. Just to be clear - I shared this with Dr s number of times - he in turn approved the medication in front of me and CVS sent me email and text the medication is ready. When I showed I was told they were out of the medication after waiting in line for 20 minutes . Then I come back a day later as they asked now they the Dr has to approve it. This is negligence on steroids!! They are placing the general public at risk - I hope no one dies because of this incompetence.I’m shocked this pharmacy had not been shut down by the state.

Go elsewhere! The manager (tall bald guy) is incredibly rude, I just watched him tell not one but two people to get out. The pharmacy is constantly understaffed, I just waited an hour for my urgent care prescriptions. The young lady at the pick up line simply said that my rx wasn’t said, I called urgent care and was advised that they did send but they resent it for me. I went to the pick up line again and the young lady simply said they didn’t have it instead of checking with the pharmacist. I waited on the drop off line and the pharmacist had to manually search for my rx which she found. While I appreciate the pharmacists assistance, I will no longer have prescriptions filled at CVS.
