Takes a long time to pick up prescriptions. I think if the wait is 1 hour or more like for me recently then they would have more pharmacists working.

I have had an excellent experience with CVS Pharmacy 331 Broad St. Bloomfield. The Staff is professional, efficient, helpful, and kind, too. Whenever you ask a question, they never refuse to respond, even during busy hours. Recently, Julia remained kind enough to satisfy all my queries about the required vaccine.
Just want to say thank you CVS Bloomfield ! and yes I am going to book an appointment for vaccine soon.

Why are they unable to keep track of your manufacturer's coupon or Rx discount card. So every time I get a refill on a very expensive medication (with insurance), I have to be careful to check what the copay is. It is usually wrong. So I then have to go to the customer service line where they tell me they don't know why it was $35 the past few refills and today they want $185 or more. That perhaps it's is because I did not meet my deductible. They try multiple times to enter the manufacturer coupon I have. After a couple failed attempts it works. I then have to get back on the register line to get my medication and pay. Sems to me corporate does this on purpose hoping to frustrate the customer into just paying or perhaps hoping they don't notice. It has been going on for 3 years now.

Lately I have not been satisfied at all somethings not right over there they’re taking longer and longer to fill my prescriptions and family members i’m disappointed The staff is very friendly and unfortunately, they don’t have enough staff working in the pharmacy I have to wait longer and longer same thing with my family members also, my doctor had called in a prescription. They never filled it. They made me wait the whole weekend before I was able to get my script after being at the dentist and being in agony and pain totally disappointed.

The pharmacy staff is friendly, efficient and I am ALWAYS satisfied with JUST this department of this store. The manager here is a jerk! I refuse to do ANY shopping in this location I once scanned my CVS card at the kiosk - it was out of paper - made Manager aware of it - he had some snarky response. Then I used the self check-out - this register had NO receipt paper either - same Manager had to come over - he acted ANNOYED and looked at me and said “why don’t you go shop in Nutley?” This store was closed due to flooding or the Belleville store - which was closed also due to a failed health inspection! I will NEVER shop in Bloomfield store - this was a couple years ago but I think he is still the manager in Bloomfield. I now shop in Nutley (they have reopened since) where I am treated properly. I am a former cashier at the now closed Pathmark for 20 years so I know what customer service should be!! We would be fired if we acted this way!

one star is too much for the unprofessional manner in which the pharmacy deals with its patients and their medicinal needs. Unfortunately, I am without options since Medicate/Aetna will not permit access other than CVS with silver script or I would not use them. The pharmacy on Glenwood in Bloomfield is equally as bad.

My insurance company Aetna has required me to switch to CVS because they own them. I have had nothing but trouble getting my medically necessary medicines and supplies from CVS. Since I’ve been banned from using Walgreens. There is always a line there is always miscommunication. There is always canceling of my medically necessary medicine and supplies. The app is dysfunctional. Customer service doesn’t answer and I’m unable to merge my information with my familys so I can keep track of my childrens and husbands needs as well. This institution is so negligent and obstreperous that I fear they may be broadly jeopardizing the health and medical care of huge swaths of the populous. its a matter of time before there is a class action suit of death which they are held liable for. Both them and Aetna are going the way of the Sackler family in terms of jeopardizing public health.

I have always loved shopping at CVS on Broad St. Bloomfield, NJ., however, lately whenever I go to the pharmacy, there is only one pharmacist and I think she is overworked. The wait time is terrible and a number of timesI have had to wait for them to order what I need. What is going on? I think they should spend more money \\u0026 time being a pharmacy than a grocery store or a Quick Check.
