I just had a horrible experience here. I walked into the store for a few items and a young man was in the store loudly preaching while standing near the check out lines. He was not a customer but simply was there to spread his message. I felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to shop in peace. I walked over to the security guard and said something and he just brushed me off and let the guy keep going. Other customers around me said they felt unsafe as well. We should be able to shop in peace without someone forcing us to listen to their beliefs and the store should not allow people to stay there if they are clearly not patrons. Do better!

Some of the Latino staff here are racist. I went here last year to pick up some items. I asked this Latino cashier if I could use the bathroom. She told me I needed to wait. A Latino woman asked her if she could use the bathroom? She told her come, so I followed along. When I got there with them. She unlocked the door to the genderless bathroom for the Latino lady first. I told the employee that's racist, when I asked you made me wait. Yet, because she's Latino you prioritize her over me a Black Man? I haven't been back to this location ever since. This type of behavior is uncalled for and I've crap like this in areas where there's a dominant Latino presence like Passaic, Kearny, Garfield, Newark at the border of Bloomfield and this section of Bloomfield.

This store doesn’t have a lot of inventory. It’s mostly covered with seasonal decorations, they also have a $5 aisle. I wish they had left the store how it was, the remodeling leaves us as consumers confused . There is no labels to point us to where items are and the people who work here are clueless about where the inventory is. Anyway, I help myself and leave. Need more cashiers as well.

I am disappointed. This used to be a great store with of affordable items. Now they lack employees and they just let the people fill their bags and walk out without paying. I saw 3 thieves fill their bags with lots of food while I was in the store and they walked out. That all happened today as I shopped. The employees looked at them and said nothing. They just kept working.
