After walking by when I sharded at midnight, by the way, I had seen that the doors were wide open then assuming that somebody would be inside to let me use the bathroom so I can wipe my wet butt. Nobody was there not a soul so I called the police and the police came by and they said that they leave the doors wide open at night all the time so people can come and use the facility even though city ordinances midnight which is absolutely insane if I was the owner of this business, I would be very upset Plus, the officers that came to investigate opened a door and were able to walk into the adjoining business, which is a serious security breach and other people’s clothing were there unattended. Other people stuff was there unattended there was an ATM machine there unattended, and an arcade machine full of cash unattended. This is not safe and responsible.

The women working there are rude and leave the place a mess. Dirty clothes that are left by customers to be washed are left in the way blocking the entrance and other machines for hours.

Machines are expensive and small. I used to visit this laundromat years ago due to living in a complex nearby. Revisited today and the machines got smaller and are too costly for a wash.

WILL NEVER EVER RETURN HERE AGAIN . DO NOT COME HERE.. WORKERS TALKING MESS IN SPANISH NOT KNOWING I UNDERSTAND YOU. I HOPE THIS PLACE CLOSES DOWN SOON NEW MANAGEMENT STINKS!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR OVER 8 YEARS BY THE WAY. SO TO UPSET ME IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!

The business hours say open until 11 pm. I arrive at 9:15 to start a basic load of laundry. There were employees here doing wash and fold stuff that saw me putting my clothes in the machine and didn’t say they were closing early or anything. So I begin drying my clothes around 10 and I notice them packing up to leave while I’m still drying my clothes. These folks walked out, turned off the lights and didn’t say a word. So now I’m sitting here waiting for my clothes to dry in a pitch black laundromat. If y’all wanted to leave early that’s fine but it’s rude and unprofessional to leave customers in the store during business hours in the dark. Not to mention I’m a woman out here alone at night, I feel very unsafe

The weekday employee is very nice, the weekend employee is not too friendly. The washers are reasonable, the dryers cost extra money for towels, comforters and jeans.

First time to try this place just because I really needed to wash some clothes. The washers will run for 30 mins and do one rinse only. 7 mins left, the machine will spin and keep on spinning until it stops. So expect your clothes to have some soap in it when you dry them. Wear the clothes, you will itch because soap is not fully rinsed out

fyi: They have new washers with STEAMING HOT water and new dryers that are HOT... get there when they open or a couple hours before closing and it will be almost empty. The machines are about a dollar cheaper than other places in the area. There is parking in the rear with an entrance if you can't find parking in the front.

Truly grateful to have this laundromat in the neighborhood. I use the dropoff service and the staff is always polite and provide excellent service.
