Just had my daughter get her nails done for the first time and WOW!!! What a fantastic job and experience! The staff is quite talented and we will definitely be returning! I don’t trust many nail places but I’ll be getting my nails and feet done next time! Can’t wait!

They are rude to longtime customers. I’ve been going here since 2020, when the original owners were there and the service was great. However the new receptionist tried to charge me $35 for a gel manicure when 2 weeks ago it was $25. The price list also says $25. So i said nevermind and left. I called later around 7pm, and the original owner told me that the price is $25 and NOT $35. Clearly the new management is trying to scam customers. Glad I left.
EDIT- You said i had acrylic on my nails when I’ve never wore acrylic in my life.

I’ve had a great experience at this nail salon before, which makes this visit even more disappointing. I came in and asked for a regular manicure and pedicure for my birthday, but the man doing my manicure rushed through it and was way too aggressive. I flinched a few times because of how rough the manicure was, and instead of adjusting, he laughed and just told me to relax — as if it wasn’t a big deal. By the time I looked at my nails, I realized he had cut three of my cuticles. He did apologize, but the damage was already done — it felt careless and unprofessional. He also applied gel polish when I specifically asked for regular. I left feeling more stressed than pampered. Sadly, I won’t be returning, which is unfortunate since I live in the area and had really hoped this would be my go-to salon.

I unfortunately have had very mixed experiences at this location. I originally started going to Hot nails before new management took over about 2 to 3 years ago. I never had an issue with my nails when it was the older management.
Since switching to new management, I unfortunately have had nothing but problems. The owner did my nails once for my birthday. It was my first time getting nails on again after taking a hiatus for a month or two.. my nails came off within five days and I was on my birthday trip and had to rip all of them off because there was no way to fix them. I was not pleased, understandably, and took another break.
I decided to go back and get my nails done for my engagement and I went to a different nail tech. Hero (my tech) is amazing and he takes great care of your nails, however I had numerous nails pop off after about a week of time. He was always very wonderful and would replace the nail for me because he understood that a set should be lasting two weeks and for whatever reason and whatever their products are, they were coming off my nails every week.
I tried to remain patient because I really liked him as a person and I wanted to support him but this week I had a nail come off after they had only been on for nine days. When I told Hero about the set originally, I explained that this was an important set for my engagement party, and so if any of my nails came off before that day, I would have to come in and get them fixed. He assured me that he would take care of it no problem because we’ve had this issue in the past. I also would like to add I’ve always tipped him for this service even if he didn’t charge me.
Fast-forward to this week, a mail pops off at work, I call it about 3 PM and confirm that he will be there the next morning because I now will only go to him after having my nails messed up by other techs at that location. I was assured by a young woman that he would be there, however she did not take my phone number nor my name and I was quickly rushed off the phone. I hoped for the best but upon my arrival, Hero was nowhere to be found, and I was told to sit down in a random seat with a random tech who I had never met before. He replaced my nail, however he made it a different shape and much longer than the rest and no matter how many times I expressed to him it was too long, he was telling me that I was incorrect.. and then I received a bill for seven dollars for a single replacement nail after the set didn’t even last 10 days. Needless to say I will not be going back there because I don’t feel like they value their returning customers. As somebody who had been going there for every three weeks for the last six months religiously, I feel completely disrespected.
Unfortunately, Hero does not deserve to lose a client, but this company does not deserve my money any longer.

maybe you do my nose but every two weeks is like she do my nails and my nails start chipping she does a good job it was just that my nose is always chipping. I come here every two weeks. I spent $55 on this normally I spend $45 is not right neither. I just don't understand why I spend money here and my nail polish is always chipped if I wanted it I could've did it myself. my nails literally only last two days Dell is supposed to be more expensive because it's supposed to last longer no it doesn't actually last that's a myth chips just like regular nail polish. and they don't even have a point system like most nail salons

I thought since there were new owners it would be worth it to come back and try and get my nails done. The new owners are very nice, however the quality of their nail techs still suck. My nails are lumpy and there are air bubbles in the paint. The tips of my nails aren’t even painted completely. As someone who has learned to do nails, this is beginner nail tech quality. This definitely makes me want to go to an at home nail tech and end up paying more for something simple.
Even during my appointment, my nail tech (Jennifer or Jessica, not sure what her name was) kept insisting to the owner that my nails were $7 extra for a different shape. The owner kept correcting her. Then, she called over one of the other latina workers and started complaining in spanish about how cheap she was charging me for what I got. She thought I didn’t understand because I look like a regular white girl when Im literally Puerto Rican. Definitely set me off from the place and I will not be returning.

I went in and knew exactly what I wanted the tech made a suggestion for a much pricier set I declined. He charged me so many fees that my final total was the exact same price as the expensive set he suggested. I was charged extra for short nails. Literally charged me additional for having a short set and stated they upcharged based on length then he made me go to another man to polish my nails that didn’t even offer to lotion my hands mind you I got a brand new set. And my pedicure AWFUL and literally this all happened and there were not customers the work is just sloppy and the additional fees are insane and the expectation is to tip all these people they move you around to. I filed a consumer complaint this needs to be addressed because they are making fees up to up charge customers

I've been going here for years and have always loved it but I went today and saw that there were new owners and staff. Extremely disappointed with my nails and the service and they charged me extra for seeing more than one artist! (which was because they misunderstood me!) Miss the old owners a lot.
