All week I was sick and today just felt worse and decided to go to Immedicenter (referred by my colleague). Check-in was very efficient and courteous. Medical Assistant was very kind and thorough as well as PA. PA was very engaged and thoroughly assessed my symptoms, did necessary testing. Very clean office. Wait time was reasonable; I believe you cannot rush provider when they are trying to do proper diagnosis and testing for precise treatment, so I was pleased with wait time which was normal and not as long as some offices may have. Highly recommend for urgent need or follow-up. Not to mention, location was also very convenient for me.

Had me waiting on a call for a video conference for over 55 minutes!! I even called 30 minutes after my appointment started to confirm that a doctor would in fact see me. They in fact did not show up.

Avoid!! Very long wait times. The staff is friendly but not sure what is going on to cause the slowness. I had an appointment and they took a walk-in before me because she begged & complained. It was going to be over 1hr before they would see me. I had to walk out. No respect for people's time and no communication regarding the delay.

Don't bother. First time I visited, I was being helped inside at the counter. After hearing my symptoms and despite a negative COVID result, I was made to go outside to call and start all over again. I called and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I left. Two days later I still don't feel well and decided to try again since they are right down the street from me. Nope. Was at the urgent care before they even opened. Called this time instead of going in and was told to go to the ER. Didn't even bother to see me. Received immediate care elsewhere that didn't result in a hefty ER bill per their suggestion.

Doctor would not listen to me. I know my body better than anyone else. She would not prescribe me antibiotics. Tonight I feel even worse this could have been avoided if she would have just listened. Don’t go here if you want to feel better.

This place always looks like it needs to be cleaned. The office workers are slow and rude. The doctors are just putting in time. I have actually been sent away and told to go to the hospital ER for a simple skin cut that I wanted someone to look at and maybe order an antibiotic. (It was not even infected.) Poorly managed.

When you call for an appointment or call for billing inquiries they just put on hold and then forget about you. I'll try again and it the same situation.

They have a really bad service with the persons. I been there whit my sister because she was feeling so bad and she only has 11 years. I understand that they don’t take children now for the COVID but I ask her the address for the other place in Clifton and she told me with a really bad actitud “i don’t know you can google “ . learn to treat people well no matter what language they speak. I personally do not return to this place anymore

I'm not one to usually post but I had such a good experience. They found a way to help me when other places wouldn't. They took the extra time to be "extraordinary" and I am very grateful. Saved me time and headaches. Great team working there!

Beyond frustrating. NEVER AGAIN!All I needed was a simple pre-employment physical. I got the physical done and over a week later, they still haven’t returned my paperwork. Then they say the PA who did the physical won’t be in for another week. So that’s 2 weeks to fill out a simple, 1 page form?The PA, and the staff were very nice, but it’s impossible to get ahold of them. They never pick up the phone, no matter how many messages I leave or how many times I call. My only option is to go to another place to get the physical, after I’ve already paid!Complete waste of time, money, and energy.

Telephone response was immediate, pleasant, and efficient. Nurse contact prior to my Covid testing was quick and I was given an appointment. The actual testing was also fast and the turnaround for results was within the expected time.

Waited over an hour when I made an appointment in advance, staff was rude and obviously doing other things, my 5 page intake form had to be repeated verbally to my nurse, and after all that time I went to my CAR to get a Covid-19 test. Genuinely the most pitiful medical care facility I have ever been to, do not go here unless you want to waste 2+ hours of your day. Better off going to CVS or Walgreens, awful.
