Worse place told me I don’t need an appointment but put 3 people ahead of me ….. the. Couldn’t help me I heard there boss in the phone say just give him stuff back and say we can’t help … instead of providing assistance in what I can do

It took 3 attempts to actually be seen, despite having scheduled my appointments online, which was obviously frustrating and, imo, unprofessional in that aspect - being asked to wait for an hour to accommodate a walk-in once, having no one available to work with me at the scheduled time in the other instance. Parking was also very challenging. However, once I was able to actually sit down with a tax pro [who was apologetic] it was smooth sailing - thorough, knowledgable, and professionally executed.

This is the most unprofessional Jackson Hewitt I have ever encountered, I went on Friday 2, 2024 and they were closed with a be back in 10 min sign on the door, waited 25 min, no one ever showed up, then was told I would get a phone appointment, never happened, today is Tuesday and there still not completed, but was promised by Janet the manager that it would be completed, not to mention there is a strong mildew smell when you enter the office, It really needs to be cleaned.

I only have two problem. ONE: I actually had to wait 1:15 mins for my appointment that was at 11am. Walk in MUST wait if they didn't book an appointment at that location or any. And second the cost? I believe $270 is to much for a short form when I even didn't get back alot. I would have been happier if they just charge me at a lower cost.

Jackson hewitt had a very warm welcome service, the person that take care of me had a great personality, very friendly and nice ? his name is Jonathan, I would recommend everyone to do business there.

Terrible service! Wasted my day to wait 4 hours to be overcharged by this rude and sarcastic Indian lady and they had a dirty bathroom to make it worse. Taj is very unprofessional as well. When I complained he was rude and condescending. No one should support this business. Every location that Taj has should be protested against.

Terrible place of business! They take 4 hours to file taxes and the manager only gives discounts to White and Indian people. I sat with Keyshia who did my taxes and the manager sat right next to us who denied my request and I have 3 kids but gave a discount to an old white man that made more than me. They need to stay permanently closed!
