Prices are higher than Shoprite. Some items may be on sale for a period of time, but I do question "freshness." Nothing has changed

Paid all most $10 for a very small pack of chicken Perdue chick thighs. Found a Stop n Shop on Franklin Ave and got a much larger family pack with ten thighs for $5.50. When I first came to the area, my wife spent 75 dollars for a.few items that we normally get from shoprite for half the price without a sale. I think Superfresh is price gouging or set their items at the max price without considering the customer.

There prices on food are way high then they should be i only come to this store because it's right around the corner from were i live after today i will no longer be spending my hard earned money on over prices food. The got in trouble for this same thing in 2020 and look like there back at it again

Used to be a good supermarket but it has gone WAY down hill. Not only do they put some items in very strange locations compared to most supermarkets, when you finally find the item, you find that it's WAY over priced. Laundry detergent, same brand and price, was 50% less at shop rite. Not surprising from a store that had to pay for price gauging during the pandemic. Just do a simple Google search.

I don’t know what your store policy is, but this place is so unprofessional. The management is no good. You have men that work there go outside after work and get drunk in the parking lot and The urine on the side of the building.
And there is a young girl that works in there she might as well come to work nude and no one does anything about it. I’ve been embarrassed to say I shopped there all these years hopefully, someday you guys will fix the problem. I would not recommend anyone going to this place

The cashiers do not recognize their vegetables I had to wait just for them to figure out when they figured it out they either have to refund me if I don't want it or pay another $7 to proceed. I left the store. Mind you they have a customer service rep helping the cashier but it took them a while to figure out the name of the vegetable. Don't sell then!
