Don’t even waste your time!!! I spent 5 hrs in this salon just for a manicure and pedicure with no acrylic. I was told 16, and then told no she said 60 for some kind of special gel. I had to wait an hour in between my service because he stopped working in the middle of doing my nails to go do pedicures. But when I first came in I had to wait an hour and half before being serviced. I wouldn’t even recommend a quick service from there. All of that and I was charged $125.00. I will not be returning.

I had a pleasant experience today at Kimmy’s nail. I took my niece with me and got a fill in, eyebrow touch up and my niece got a full set and pedicure. The staff was super friendly and down to earth. My nails came out nice too. I was worried at first because several years ago I came here but did not have a good experience but that wasn’t the case at all today. My nieces nails also looked super cute. I would come back. My only suggestion is to clean the place a bit more. But other than that I’m satisfied with my nails and the customer service I received today.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I usually get my eyebrows done here so I figured I would give a pedicure a chance. The lady got an aggressive attitude once I expressed that I was not satisfied. I told her I did not want to waste her time since she couldn’t achieve the look I was going for (she only did my two big toes) Her and another employee started giving me dirty looks and discussing me. I’m sad that I can longer go here and I’m disappointed in their behavior.
Update: I am a very easy customer to please and because I felt bad I chose to just say never mind instead of wasting your time. I knew I was not going to get the desired look I was looking for. It’s clear that you chose aggression over understanding. You rather tell me to wait when I was trying to be nice. I pray you find peace since there’s a lot of hostility in you. God bless.

I only went here one time and it was enough. I had a last-minute trip and needed my nails done quickly so I decided to give this place a try. The technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. What really upset me was how unsanitary everything was. I watched a foot brush being used on one customer and then passed directly to another technician to use on someone else without being cleaned. A few days after my visit I noticed my nails looked dirty and I started feeling a lot of itching and discomfort. I ended up having to go to urgent care and then the hospital where I was diagnosed with a nail fungus and prescribed antifungal cream. I’m now dealing with all of this right before a trip which is frustrating and stressful. This was my first and last time here. Please be careful and pay close attention to their sanitation practices. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values cleanliness and proper care.

Not that they weren't nice but I got a full set and she ripped off all my acrylic very painfully then filed my nail beds raw. It was over an hour before I had acrylic applied. The acrylic was laid out lumpy and uneven. My tips were so thin I was able to bend all my nails down, she then applied more acrylic but didn't file them out so yup more lumps. At that point I was ready to walk out. I didn't even mention that I asked for stiletto and got full rounded tips. The second lady was nice enough to file and shape my nails properly. But absolutely not worth $65 Still upset and still in alot of pain.
