I called and they said there was no wait, got there 2 minutes later and there’s 2 people ahead of me . And then waited over a hour since they decided to put my feet in the pedicure water and never start. I told her it’s been over a hour and she just said sorry and i left . Unprofessional and waste of time.

I decided to try out this place passing by this place for years. I stopped by on 07/13/24 for builder gel fill in $40 & gel Pedi $35. Once again, I was set up with a male nail tech.... I told him make my nails look natural (not bulky) and keep the shape. What I discovered is he filed some or my nails crooked and his polish technique was beginner level as I had streaks and an uneven application (when held up to the light. I did not tip... my tip is DO BETTER IF U WANT MY COINS! I knew I wouldn't return and I haven't. Pedicure was also rushed and not to my liking. Ugh 🙄

⚠️ PLEASE READ: this nail salon uses MMA. they are supposed to use EMA. if your nail removal looks very sticky/gummy when “soaked” with acetone? it’s MMA. i will be filling a complaint with the New Jersey Board of Cosmetology. I will also urge them to send a “secret shopper” and I will be following up. stop being cheap!

I was looking for a close by salon that was open and able to service me at such a late time in the day. I arrived around 6:05 and inquired if there was time for acrylic take off and gel manicure. Jo Ann was very attentive and even though they close at 7 she took me in. I started the take off process with a lady who seemed like she hates working there and had horrible customer service. So needless to say I was super relieved that she was sent to work on someone else who arrived for a pedicure. Joann after finishing up a client took care of me and was super friendly, patient and really cared about my nails and provided great advice and stayed late just to finish my nails. I will definitely be returning.

I moved to Nj 3 years ago and Krystal mail has been my go to! The reviews peg Joann, the owner, as rude and unprofessional but that is far from the truth. She is just a very direct and firm woman, but one of the kindest people I’ve met in Bloomfield. She almost ALWAYS remembers a person’s name and what’s going on in their life. That’s a community person Joann and Nam are great here and the women who do the pedicures are also very kind. Check them out!

I've been coming here for years. The owner, Joanna is now my main gal. Her work is impeccable. Nam is awesome, as well. The reviews about her demeanor are simply because she's firm and it's the way she talks. But she's actually very sweet and caring. Just make sure you call and book ahead of time. The girls in the back who do pedicures are also sweet and do great work. Extremely affordable, for the level of quality in service.Services: Foot massages
