I was looking for a car for a few months and could not get a good deal. I walked into Lynnes Nissan, found my car, worked out a deal, financed and took delivery in under two hours. My sales and finance team were Camille, Fabio and Ed. They were all amazing. The experience was smooth, stress-free and fun. Not only did I get a great deal, but I felt like part of the family. Even if I didn't buy a car from them, I would recommend them. Thank you so much for everything! I will be back. A+++

I have a very good experience with Lynnes Nissan. I was in touch with Mike and everything turned out great. He helped me buy the car remotely, answered my all questions, replied my texts, I didn't have reach out to even once and everything was done over call and finally the car got delivered home.

The sales advisor that I checked out with gave me estimates on my car that weren't needed and was trying to heavily push them. He told me I needed two new tires in the back and a wheel alignment. I assured him that I just purchased 4 new tires and that I do not drive often so it was impossible however he insisted. I also told him I just got a wheel alignment when I changed the tires and he assured me that even hitting the tiniest pothole will affect my alignment which I know to be true but the way it was being pushed was overall dishonest and distasteful. He also informed me that I had a nail in my tire and that it was not possible to fix after I declined the tire. When paying I noticed that I wasn't charged for a filter replacement only an oil change when I made an appointment for both. Why would you change the oil and not the filter?! I left and got a second opinion on my tire and it was patched in less than 5 minutes. I honestly believe that your sales "professionals" need to be better trained on how to upsell without trying to take advantage of their guests.

I had such a great experience with the saleswoman Camille last year that I went back to her again this week. She delivered again!!! She’s knowledgeable, honest, diligent, and pulls strings to get the deal done. I sent 5 people to her that will tell you the exact same. Lynn’s also gets inventory that no other dealerships have. 10 stars out of 5 and I’ll never use any other dealership or salesperson other than Camille. Do yourself a favor and choose Lynn’s and ask for Camille. They will get the job done ✅

Had my wife bring in the vehicle for an oil change and general check up. Work was done fine. The problem is she was charged for the oil change despite me having a service contract for oil changes and her explaining to the service advisor and cashier that we have a contract. Then because she paid cash I now have to wait for a check to be mailed to me to get my money back. This is not my first experience I have had with the hassle of being refunded with this dealership. The last time took 2 months. The system of payment and refund made through Lynne’s leaves so much to be desired that I have pretty much made up my mind that my next vehicle will be through a different dealership.

The sales representative Justin was awesome , friendly, and helped me quite a bit. But, the dealership couldn’t find the truck I was trying to purchase; they dragged me to 3 different locations and still couldn’t find the truck for almost an hour and a half passed my appointment, and then I found a tracker inside my truck after I took it home, and they kept my license after they told me they put it in my folder with the rest of the paperwork. Overall horrible experience

The only reason it’s a 2 star is because the greeting was friendly. I took my car for an oil change, tire rotation and left with having to take my car elsewhere to buy two new tires and having them properly balance them. I went in with no noise and left Lynnes with my car making a whooping sound, when I called about it they couldn’t fit me in the next day as an emergency I had to wait 3 days… so here’s where I’m pissed, I live in PA and already took a day off to get the first service I can’t keep taking off work and losing money because workers aren’t making sure the job is done right the first time. I drive for work so imagine how ticked off I was… so no I wouldn’t recommend going their.

If you care about transparency and your money worth do not buy from this dealership.They sold me a Nissan 2020 Sentra with less than 7k miles. A week after buying here 5 different light show up from the dashboard from transmission to lane change camera. I go to their service center and they tell me their system is down. The next day they tell me my warranty does not cover it. Something else is obviously going on with this car as the engine does not match a car with 6k miles thats basically new.I literally have to get the cops involved for them to tell me I had bought warranty already. I don’t want the car no more.Literally when I drive I can feel and hear the car making rattling sound from under.Very shady people. They added 7k in extra fees for purchasing the car.They would not take the car back. I don’t want a car with 5 lights showing a week after I buy the car.

Went in for a just an oil change and tires rotated cause the indicator lights came on. We got up sold on a $600 package. Then was told in addition that the battery could “go at any moment” and there was a carbon monoxide issue. When I took it to a mom/pop mechanic down the street they said neither of those issues were present. I learned first hand why they say never get your car serviced at a dealer. We also bought a different car here a week prior, and even though the sales person was great, their service center put a sour taste in our mouths.

My first time being service and the customer service was absolutely amazing. When I drive I was greeted with a friendly smile and verbal communication and positivity. When I got to the service desk I was greeted with the same hospitality. My parting phrase to my advisor was this is where my vehicle will be serviced from now on. Great staff.

We knew exactly what we wanted. Lynne’s was able to find us the exact car we wanted in our exact budget. All the paperwork was done by the time we went to pick up the car. All we needed to do was sign and drive!! Thank you Lynnes Nissan for a smooth process purchasing our new Pathfinder. Sonia is a rock star!!!

I went in for a recall and like always they always say nothing is wrong. Waste of time, they also did an inspection of lights, brakes tires, etc. I went in there knowing one of my lights were out and the tech literally said everything was running great, when one of my back lights is out. How can we take them seriously when they do bear minimal and probably don't check for recalls or dothe inspection correctly. Disgraceful

He showed me around both lots and explained the features of each type of car. I am very happy with my new car and I will recommend Kamel and the team at Lynnes to my friends and family.

My experience was an awesome one. Xavier the sales person was very patient passionate and concerned about how I felt. I did not feel pressured or rushed. Every question I asked was explained thoroughly and I was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to look for Xavier when it’s time for them to buy their new car. My family and I had the best experience at Lynnes! Sonia Lopez took great care of us. She was understanding, thorough and took her time to work with us to get the best deal. She made us feel very comfortable. Sonia was accommodating and respectful and easy to talk to. Her bubbly personality made the experience even more welcoming. Excellent service by far!
