Over priced used cars. Wanted to charge me an extra $1,000 because I was paying cash and $2,995 for a restoration fee on a vehicle with under 10,000 miles. Would not recommend them shop elsewhere

🛑🛑🛑A MUST READ!!!!🛑🛑🛑
I had car accident on 7/20 where my car nissan rogue 2020 was considered total loss and obviously I got injured ,full body pain and a concussion which unfortunately is making me a slower thinker and im having a short loss memory and all others symptoms.
I went to this dealer looking for another nissan which I really love,and spent about 4 hrs in this place. My budget is low comparing the cars the the dealer was showing me and suddenly he went inside to manager department and came back with a very good deal for me! A nissan rogue 2019 along a good deal. We went to the service ( 2 blocks away) I saw the car and ieven spoke to mechanic. I liked the car and the dealer and I went back to the office to finish our business. After discussing all the pro and con, he suggested me to sign the contract to secure the car and a down payment of 500$. I signed lots of papers,the dealer ,Mario, went to finance department to bring more paperwork for me and out of blue,he came back and told me the deal we were having can not be notbe done because his manager Kelvin Aquilo, decided not to. I almost passed out because I have heart condition and all the pains I've been through, and everything I handled to stay there and finish this process of getting another car after the big crash i just had 11 days ago... turned my world upside down and lots of frustration.
Mr. Aquilo,you were so unprofessional and inhuman.... I hope you dont have to live this WORST EXPERIENCE you just put in my path on the very bad moment of my life.

I had a very pleasant experience with Sonia Lopez while purchasing our vehicle, which just came off lease. When I arrived, all the paperwork was in order which made the sale very simple. We leased the car through her 3 years ago and highly recommend dealing with her again.
