It’s like they get all their clothes from other stores. Everything was ugly I’ve been there more than once and hardly find anything. It’s not like the Marshall’s in good areas. We get the crap.

An employee confirmed with me over the phone that she had an item in stock, promised to put it on hold for me, just for me to waste my gas and drive to this location for nothing. I was told that my item would be at the register and when I got there, turns out that the item wasn’t available after all because the employee I spoke to didn’t actually go and check if it was in stock at the time that I called.

This lady named Kira B when she rung me up she gave me an attitude and a disgusting look. She didn’t start scanning my stuff till I had to say “hi how are you” otherwise she was gonna stand there and keep rolling her eyes at me. I felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. Your staff has to do better !!
