Never on time with an appointment, why do you even accept an appointment? Then always end up with a bad job and have to be redone on the spot. I don’t understand what’s the rush. Such a horrible place for nails. Never ever would I allow my daughters to return either.

All the techs are good at their work and it’s rare to find a spot like this. My go to people are Vivi or Henry but if someone else does my nails bc they’re unavailable, I’m okay with that.
They shape beautifully and don’t have wild hidden fees. The pricing is reasonable and the work is beautiful. Their design work is great, too!
I do wish they had more selection of color but overall, I appreciate this place.

Completely destroyed my natural nails just for a regular gel manicure. Horrible. Will never ever go back here. One lady is good but the rest are horrible. Not worth it, go somewhere else

If I could give negative stars I would.
I have nails that manicurists compliment me in- nice and thick quality.
1st visit, I asked the lady not to use the drill to scuff my nails for a gel manicure, she did it anyway. I knew this will tear up the thickness - but apparently she doesn't have the knowledge.
2nd visit to remove the gel, different lady helped. And this time she removed the nail polish gel with the drill. I asked her not to and I would rather soak like the other salons do. She pretended not to understand me and continue to do what she was doing.
Three of my nails split below - I don't know what that area is called, nail bed?- Three others are jagged. And get this I still have a coat of clear polish on.
In my photos I'm trying to show you the nails which split. I had to let it grow some so I could clip it.

BLACK women do not go here for service! I had a horrible experience last night and I shared this with the staff which resulted in me being laughed at. I felt like a spectacle feeling so uncomfortable with the overall mockery of my request in the shop. I will no longer shop here and neither should you.

Visited this salon for the first time. And I am so glad I did. The salon used immaculately clean. The techs are very professional. The is always someone cleaning, prepping, just available for whatever ever needs to get done
The best pedicure ever! My Gel manicure is Amwxing!

When I walked in, I asked for a full set and a pedicure there was nobody in there. I asked them if they could do my nails first so I didn’t have to wait but she insist on doing my feet first and then said I would get my nails done after When my feet were done. It was packed and I had to wait people were coming in getting their nails done and I still had to wait bad customer service I paid for my pedicure and walked out. I would never go back there again.

Super clean environment , it’s best to book ahead of time . I always go to Janette for a gel manicure and pedicure & I’ve also had my nails done by all the guys and they lasted for WEEKS . Highly recommended

If I could leave 0 stars I would, these people are horrible and SO RUDE. My nail person was the worst , it’ll be a shame to even call him a nail artist. He was rude did a bad job and was blaming ME for the horrible job. Don’t go here all they do is gossip about you and give you bad infections and horrible incomplete nail work and then collect $65 from you. He’s that old hag that sits in the second closest station to the door. Swine!

this place gave me fungus!! I take my hygiene very seriously so this is not something on my end. They obviously don’t use clean tools. My left pinky is swollen and throbbing and has a nasty green color. This is the first time this ever happened to me. I would not recommend going here. 0/10
