The customer service is very rude and not helpful or making anything for their customers especially the manager there the in that branch she not helpful and very rude and so slow slow and rude never went there and get what I want. I don’t know why they keeps the manager there like that situation

Walked in and there were no customers but the lady at the desk said she couldn’t help me with a 5min issue. Told me to come back in 3 days…. Ridiculous

Horrible service by Johana, Shinnel and branch manager Regina. 1st visit , no clue as to what they were doing and we just walked out. 2nd visit, Johanna wanted nothing to do with it, Shinnel went back and forth and accomplished nothing, told me numerous times that Regina was on a conference call and to come back 2 hrs later. Simply unacceptable and sub par. What a shame PNC. Will avoid this branch at all cost.

The worst customer service imaginable here! The Branch manager Sonya was very rude and nosy wanting to know things that had nothing to do with banking. She and all of her associates were very snide and disrespectful, they continued to change policies when I inquired more about said policies. They specifically told myself one thing but when another customer asked the exact same question they were told a completely new answer. They had no idea what there were doing and had to call customer service several times to be told exactly how to do their job.

Always friendly and the line moves pretty quickly inside. Plenty of parking in the back. The drive thru ATM is unreliable. It seems to me that it's out of service more than it is in service.

I am so frustrated and upset with PNC Bank and this is not the first time. They tack on all these fees and will charge your account $38.00 over and over again even as you put money in to cover the account. The representatives at this office are not helpful at all rude and uncaring. Do yourself a big favor and do not even walk in the door.
