This store won’t last with the people working there.. it’s so disgusting how in order for a store to keep going and stay open you need customer and business .. the employee there as soon you walk in they give you a look don’t even say hi just look at you, when you ask for help you could see that you just bothering them .. I won’t come back here it’s way to ghetto with the girls working here especially the one with the nose piercing she looks like she about to cry when you ask for help.

I can see why the reviews aren't good. Just now, overhead the staff talking poorly about customers in the back room and at the register. They were making fun of someone's name , repeating it several times and then talking about other customers ironically who have told them about why they also understood they had bad reviews. I also went to the counter because it was open and had 2 staff there; they redirected me to the third girl. I had to move all my items to there next counter. They were all there just gossiping. It's one thing if you're busy; it's another to just be posted at the register taking badly about customers doing nothing else. Additionally, they were speaking in English and Spanish and it appeared they assumed that the customers wouldn't understand just because of appearances. It is disgraceful and in poor taste. I hope they read it too and the company can do some sensitivity and professionalism trainings.

I've been shopping at Sally's for over 30 years. Today I was so disappointed all the reps in the store kept saying oh I don't know what you would use to twist your hair. Then when I figured out what to buy they said oh we don't have change for a $50. A hair store with people working with no Knowledge of their products and the NO change I just don't get. Very disappointed.

Extremely heartbroken ? I drive about an hour once a week to see my girl Jenny and get her professional opinion on hair colors. And I just found out she is no longer there. Now I’ve got to track her down and follow her to wherever she is now. The only one I trust with colors. You have lost a customer. And probably many more to come. She is the absolute best.

I recently found out Jenny is not at sallys anymore. She was the main reason why I loved to shop there. She has helped me so much with my hair. It makes me really sad to hear she is no longer there, therefore I will definitely be finding another sallys because the vibe just isn’t the same anymore without her.

Just went to Sally's. Found out jenni is not there. Only reason I would go is for her because the manager is very rude. Won't be returning.

I like this location, but unfortunately since Jenn left things aren't the same there. She really brought a smile to everyone's face and was extremely helpful.

I usually go here and the employees are nice and seem to have a great working relationship which makes the shopping experience pleasant. When I went in last night the colorist I usually go to, Jenny was not in I asked where she was and was told she may not be coming back. This makes it very difficult to want to return especially since she is so knowledgeable in all things color! Hope she sees this and lets us know where she is. I will follow.

I’ve been attending this store for years now. Since Jenni has left, it’s been a mess and I’m disappointed. Jenni is extremely compassionate about the job and very knowledgeable about products. Jenni was my go to person for everything esp color theory. They really did a disservice without Jenni.

So I called a few days ago and some guy there answered the phone acting as if Jenni was still there for color advice. Come to find out Jenni is no longer there. I would travel all the way over to this location just for her expert advice on hair color and treatments. It’s crazy how some people can get a job at a cosmetic store and have no knowledge. I will no longer be returning due to Jenni not being there for her professional advice.
