Horrible!!!! They accused my wife of stealing catfish when she went to a cashier and the cashier packed EVERYTHING. The loss prevention person didn’t even apologize when he realized HE was wrong and when my wife spoke to the manager, he didn’t sound interested either. He just said oh I will talk to him and see what happened. What happened is he racially profiled my wife asked her did she pay for the fish that was scanned by an employee along with the other few items and said oh I see it and walks away. Won’t be shopping here again.

I purchased a birthday cake for my sister at the Brookdale ShopRite in New Jersey and it was beyond my expectations. It was so beautiful decorated. I would highly recommend going to ShopRite for any occasion cakes. The cake was so delicious as well. Plus the price was awesome.

I shop both here and at the Little Falls store.I have no preference for one over the other however Brookdale's front end staff spends way too much time fraternizing with one another.Additionally I don't need attitude from the baggers when I say that I will bag my own groceries.If there is a front end manager at Brookdale he/she is nowhere to be found .Sad to see this happen.I worked P/T at Brookdale in my senior year of high school in 1970 and such antics would not have been tolerated then.

Very nice store however every time I get seafood cooked there it’s wrong.
Also the pick up service is very slow. This is the second time I’ve waited over 20 minutes for an order and no one answers the phone in that department.

Their new layout is very clean, everything is easy to get to and clearly laid out. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the store if you need to ask where a certain item is. The products sold are all very fresh, parking is easy. They have installed the new carts where your items get scanned as you put them into the cart for an easier checkout. I highly recommend coming here for great prices, friendly staff, and a smooth shopping experience. Even if you're going for a quick bite on your lunch break they serve hot food, flowers, and quick drinks by checkout lanes.

Had a great time shopping here! Was very clean and one of the cary attendants (devon?) was very friendly! He helped put my water into my car and kindly took my cart great customer service!! Will be making this ShopRite my new home ShopRite
